Dear Management, I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay in Room 5** at your hotel from December 28, 2023, to January 2, 2024. We chose your establishment primarily for its reputation for cleanliness and particularly for the high standards of linen maintenance. However, during our 5-night stay, it appeared that the bedding in our room was never changed. We noticed the same marks on the bed linen from our first night persisting until our departure, which suggests that the linens might have been merely tidied up rather than changed. Is it the policy of your hotel not to change the bed linen during a 5-night stay? My wife is particularly sensitive to bedding cleanliness, and this aspect is crucial for us when selecting a hotel. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the management of linen during our stay. I look forward to your response on this matter. Sincerely, JJ . 사소한 모든 것에 공을 들인 호텔입니다. 서비스가 만족스럽습니다. 러셀 스퀘어역 바로 옆이어서 어디든 이동하기도 좋고, 15분 거리에 소호 코벤트 가든 영국 박물관 등이 있어 걸어갈 수도 있습니다.

Terrific comfortable hotel

Excellent social hour in the parlour and great equipment in the gym. Friendly front desk, concierge and front door staff made the visit welcoming. Quiet room with a walk-in shower were nice touches.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is stylish, clean, and well maintained, with staff who were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our room was on the smaller side, but we knew this in advance and found it comfortable. The location was excellent—just steps from the Piccadilly line, which made it easy to explore London without needing a car. Perfect for seeing the major sights while still having a comfortable base to return to.

The staff was lovely from the front desk to the concierge to the door men to the bar and restaurant absolute top notch …def what you would want in a five star hotel but offered even more ! We are def coming back and staying here!

Great hotel and location in Bloomsbury was excellent!

The Queen room we stayed in was small, very little storage, space between bed and bathroom door was 12 inches, on the first floor with limited natural light, a little disappointing considering the price paid!

This is a great hotel. Very close to Russell park tube station and walking distance to British museum and great dining options. The hotel itself has nice, well decorated rooms that are larger than average. I would recommend it.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Great 3 day stay at the Kimpton Fitzroy - Russell Square. Lovely hotel, we ate in Fitz and the meal was very nice, wine a bit pricey. We had a premium room overlooking the park. The rooms are not that big and the bathroom is also quite small. We had a problem with our shower but it was fixed very quickly. Staff all very pleasant and quick to help. Great stay and would stay again.
