perfect stay, wonderful staff, specially Charlotte at the check in, the whole stay was perfect. highly recommended.

Terrific comfortable hotel

Excellent social hour in the parlour and great equipment in the gym. Friendly front desk, concierge and front door staff made the visit welcoming. Quiet room with a walk-in shower were nice touches.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is stylish, clean, and well maintained, with staff who were consistently helpful and welcoming. Our room was on the smaller side, but we knew this in advance and found it comfortable. The location was excellent—just steps from the Piccadilly line, which made it easy to explore London without needing a car. Perfect for seeing the major sights while still having a comfortable base to return to.

The staff was lovely from the front desk to the concierge to the door men to the bar and restaurant absolute top notch …def what you would want in a five star hotel but offered even more ! We are def coming back and staying here!

Great hotel and location in Bloomsbury was excellent!

The Queen room we stayed in was small, very little storage, space between bed and bathroom door was 12 inches, on the first floor with limited natural light, a little disappointing considering the price paid!

This is a great hotel. Very close to Russell park tube station and walking distance to British museum and great dining options. The hotel itself has nice, well decorated rooms that are larger than average. I would recommend it.

Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Great 3 day stay at the Kimpton Fitzroy - Russell Square. Lovely hotel, we ate in Fitz and the meal was very nice, wine a bit pricey. We had a premium room overlooking the park. The rooms are not that big and the bathroom is also quite small. We had a problem with our shower but it was fixed very quickly. Staff all very pleasant and quick to help. Great stay and would stay again.

This stay was a gift to my Daughter and her Husband for their wedding night. You really went the extra mile for them, and made them feel very special ! Thank you:)

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at the hotel and it never disappoints. The features in the lobby and communal areas are grand and characterful and the rooms are modern and contain everything you need. We went for a standard room this time, which while on the small side, the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Amazing shower, Comfy beds and pitch black rooms at night for a great sleep. Breakfast is also delicious with lots of choice and great quality. The hotel recognised our wedding anniversary with a gift in the room and a complimentary drink in the bar. Thank you for another great stay!

It was a lovely stay. We were given a quiet room when we asked for one. Amazing building and close to tube and 15 min walk to Covent Garden. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and Bathroom was lovely and water pressure was great. Absolutely enjoyed every min of our stay.

You would expect a little more from a 5 star hotel but the check-in process is not very welcoming… we are a family of 3 with a small child plus two big luggages… when we arrived, no one offer a hand to move the luggages up the staircase to the main reception area… in fact, no one is there… so we have to move the heavy suitcases ourselves… the check in is relatively quick but the staff is cold… so it’s quite unpleasant to begin with… we decided to have dinner at the Fitz’s but the table they check us into is not clean and ended up staining the kid’s short and the food is very slow to come… so other than the location there is not much to like about this hotel…

Beautiful property located centrally to many sights, restaurants, and the tube.

There is nothing special about this hotel other than the building. The service, rooms and breakfast was very normal.
