It was especially good that the people working at the front desk were kind and warm.

지하철에서도 가깝고 버스 정류장이 바로 앞이라 피카딜리 서커스로 20분 이내로 이동 가능 객실에는 격차가 있겠지만 내가 묵은 곳은 반지하라 좀 춥다는 것만 빼면 침대도 넓고 괜찮았음. 같은 가격대에 비하여 괜찮은 곳임.

가장 좋은 점은 위치가 좋더군요, 아이들과 같이 다니는 여행이라 시내 관광지와 멀면 너무 피곤할 것 같아서 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 역시 관광지로 다니는 교통이 매우 좋았습니다. 더불어 직원의 친절도, 아침 식사, 객실의 청결함도 우수하다고 생각됩니다. 객실 크기가 적은 점이 부족했지만, 도심에서의 위치와 가격 등을 감안하면 전반적으로 숙박지로서 괜찮았다고 생각합니다.

The staff was excellent and the location is perfect but hotel is very worn out and extremely small room and bathroom size. Very basic amenities.

Room wasnt anything like the pictures, some staff were helpful others not. Hot water the first night but nothing for the next 2 days reception said they couldnt get it fixed in such time.

There was 3 separate mouse traps in our room as well as in the halls, the beds were not a standard double they were smaller, and the pillows were as hard as a rock. The night we arrived after travel there was no hot water to have a shower and the wifi kept kicking us off. If I would have paid directly to the hotel it would have been half the price it was on Expedia, had I known how cheap the hotel was I would not have booked it as it isn’t the standard we usually look for. The staff was extremely pleasant and even had an umbrella for us to borrow, I hope the front desk men try to find jobs at better hotels and shame on Expedia for advertising this place to be something it is not, I was worried a mouse was going to run across my face all night.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I will not call what I was checked into a room. It was a cupboard at best with a metal cot wedged into it purporting to be a bed. There was only room for one person to stand and I had to remove my ruck sack before I could shut the door. To use the loo you have to squeeze past the sink and there was nowhere to dry off if you used the shower, other than in the shower. I immediately asked to be upgraded to a proper room, but was told there were no rooms available. I left to find another hotel but came back to let the receptionist know and tell them what I thought. At no point was I offered a refund, even though the receptionist obviously knew how poor the service being provided was.

The rooms are mediocre, they could definitely use some upgrades.Some higher quality beds, and just overall a step up. Hooks to hang things. Staff was quite fantastic overall.

El lugar estaba perfectamente limpio, acogedor, en una zona hermosa con precio accesible y la atención muy cálida. Me volvería a hospedar ahí sin pensarlo.

La chambre très petite sans fenêtre sans aération, jamais vu une salle de bain aussi petite, pas moyen de bouger dedans, insonorisation horrible. J’ai mis 3 étoiles pour l’amabilité du personnel et pour son emplacement.

I booked a small room , so even when i saw that the room was the size of the closet i didnt mind but it was dusty , the sheets unclean with hair on them and there were a weird smell moist and humidity also the biggest problem was that the room was on the stairs right next to the reception with 0 sound proofing so i expected that a sound of a coming guest was going to wake me up a few times but i didnt expect that the receptionist was going to have a video call till morning hours. Maybe other rooms at this hotel are better but i had a terrible stay

Bra läge, några minuter promenad från tunnelbanan, typiskt brittiskt hotell, ingen hiss, väldigt litet rum, generellt lite ofräscht, men funkar om man bara ska använda det för att sova

Small room for 3 to share. Was expecting 3 single beds but given a small double and a single. Room near reception so disturbed by noise of front door during the night.
