It was especially good that the people working at the front desk were kind and warm.

지하철에서도 가깝고 버스 정류장이 바로 앞이라 피카딜리 서커스로 20분 이내로 이동 가능 객실에는 격차가 있겠지만 내가 묵은 곳은 반지하라 좀 춥다는 것만 빼면 침대도 넓고 괜찮았음. 같은 가격대에 비하여 괜찮은 곳임.

가장 좋은 점은 위치가 좋더군요, 아이들과 같이 다니는 여행이라 시내 관광지와 멀면 너무 피곤할 것 같아서 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 역시 관광지로 다니는 교통이 매우 좋았습니다. 더불어 직원의 친절도, 아침 식사, 객실의 청결함도 우수하다고 생각됩니다. 객실 크기가 적은 점이 부족했지만, 도심에서의 위치와 가격 등을 감안하면 전반적으로 숙박지로서 괜찮았다고 생각합니다.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean and the A/C was perfect during the heatwave! Only downside was no lift (and being on the 4th floor) and no hot water to have a wash or shower in. But for a 1 night stay it was pleasant.

Posizione comoda per vedere il mercatino di Portobello e per visitare il quartiere di Notthing Hill. Metropolitana vicina per li spostamenti. Ci vuole una mezz'ora per arrivare in zona Piccadilly con i mezzi. Non so le camere agli altri piani. La nostra posizionata al piano -1 non è stata proprio comoda viste le dimensioni di 6 mt2.

Close to Nottinghill Gate, Portobello Market, and Kensington Palace. It was clean, close to food and bike rental. Staff was extremely nice.

Great location, but the poor room quality and lack of basic comfort outweigh the convenience.

Considering the neighborhood in London this should have been a nicer hotel. Just poorly maintained. There was no hot water the day I was there. The staff was very nice. Linens were clean.

Not so fantastic!

The room is very smala and we were in the basement. There is not air conditioning, only à fan! So take care with the hot weather! Small room, no air conditioning! Good service. They gave us a room before the checking time as we arrived early! And the man at the reception desk help us à lot.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Calling this place a “hotel” is an absolute joke. Before you even reach your "cell," you must conquer the Mount Everest of staircases: 150 steep, soul-crushing steps with no elevator. Do you want to arrive at your room completely breathless and sweating? Perfect. Because when you finally arrive, you are locked in a suffocating 5-square-meter cage. Want to share the room? Unless you plan to marry them on the spot, forget it. The room was a biohazard. Do you enjoy breathing? Too bad. The walls and the bed were marinated in stale cigarette smoke. To top it off, a strong small of weed smoke greeted me in the bathroom. The radiators were caked in dust and mold, making me cough instantly. The "amenities" were pure torture: The Dehydration Station: No fridge, no glasses. Want a sip of water? Use your hands. The Shower: Want to get clean in this filthy room? Good luck. The shower was completely dysfunctional, spraying exactly five stray, violent jets of ice-cold water in random directions, missing my body but soaking the floor. The Sink: No hand/face towel, and the soap was so watered down it felt like tears. The Bed: Harder than a brick wall When I complained, the receptionist gaslighted me. My money was completely wasted. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, it is a genuine health risk. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

The room was clean and well maintained, however, the shower didn’t have much water power and it didn’t drain very well. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was just perfect for what I needed to do .

The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, in a great location close Portobello Market, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and Subway is walking distance. The chair in our room was very wobbly and I didn't want to sit in it in case it broke under my weight. TV remote didn't work and TV was less than 32 inches, very small. No air conditioning, but there were 2 fans which kept us cool.

After some of the reviews I read, I was not expecting a lot, but was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is a refurbish older structure that maintains its charm. This is not a modern North American hotel. If you want this, then expect to pay over double the price, if you can find it. Here you need to settle for an older building, narrow stairs (read: no elevator). But the staff are nice. Every day of our five night stay we had fresh towels, hot water, and an air-conditioning unit. The location is amazing. If you don't mind walking you are within 5 minutes of lots of food outlets, and the underground, and the embassy street. You can get to Kensington Palace within 10 minutes, and within an hour you can reach many famous tourist spots. Go out in the morning, see all the sites and get home to your hotel to collapse in a lovely bed.

Sköna sängar, små rum trots tre sängar. Världens minsta toalett. Mycket varmt på rummet trots fläktar. Lugn gata utanför så inga störande ljud. Bra läge, nära tunnelbana Notting Hill och Queensway.

Costly, clean, homely rooms. Staff will help you with anything you need. Fantastic location. A little gem in the heart of Notting Hill.
