Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Facilities good, food options good with the services next door as well as the hotel restaurant/breakfast. Parking convenient and cheap. Rooms very basic but clean. Overall perfectly comfortable! Would recommend.

An excellent option for a quick overnighter while travelling up or down the country. Room was clean and beds comfortable. The bar / restaurant area looked perfectly clean and tidy, although we didn't use it. It is next door to themsim sevices building with multiple eating / snack purchaing ptions too. The services also has electric fast charge points a short walk from reception. Staff that we saw were warm and friendly.

Conveniently located, very clean, spacious room, I don't think we've activated the heating properly so we remained a little fresher than hoped.
Parking is £5 extra if you don't book directly, we discovered.
Free internet is a bonus or we didn't have Any reception.
Can't comment on their restaurant/bar as we didn't use it.
Welcome break next door has anything else you might need.
We'll definitely come again.

The carpets leading to the room upstairs had seen better days and the room although clean had seen better days. Very tired and dated decor.
The motorway services attached were very modern and useful.
Nice 11.00 checkout but House keeping were quite aggressive to get in before it was time to leave and they seemed to have forgotten there were three people staying (my son), only two mugs/spoons and no glasses in the bathroom. Horrible nescafe coffee sachets, nothing particularly special in the room.
If you don’t book directly you have to pay £5 per night parking.
Quite basic but you get what you pay for.

Lots of parking. Easy to get to. However, no laundry on site as their website states. This made things challenging as I had planned to do laundry there and packed accordingly. Be prepared for that.

When we checked in, we paid for three days of parking at £5 per day. The reception said their printer wasn’t working so they couldn’t give us a receipt. Then when we went to register the car plate, we were told that we didn’t need to enter the registration number. However, now I have received a parking fine notice.

The room floors, the corridors and the overall property is in a really bad state. The photos on Expedia are completely misleading. We would not have booked had realistic photos of the property been used. I would not reccomend anyone staying at this hotel - especially families with children. The staff however were very friendly and helpful.

Propreté très discutable : lunettes des toilettes sale, sol de salle de bain et moquette suspect...
Nous avons trouvé un caleçon sous le lit gigogne.

The room was disgusting with stains over the bathroom floor and bin, the bedroom had not been vacuumed very well with large build up of dust around the skirtings, and the drawers looked like someone had vomitted in.

The staff was helpful and well-mannered. The room was clean and nicely set up for arrival. We didn't use the amenities; the only problem was that the tap in the hand wash was too stiff for use.
