The staff including Mia on the front desk, Millie on the bar and serving staff in the restaurant were all very helpful. Suggest more help in the bar at busy times as it sometimes takes a long time to get drinks.
Special mention to Sarah, Events Manager and the chefs in the kitchen, the special meal for 20 was excellent.
Our special occasion anniversary weekend was a great success.

Stay here every year at this time for an annual trip I do and have stayed here for last 4 years and great place to stay. See you next year. Maybe as a loyalty even through hotels.com offer to waive the price for pool etc.

Not made clear on Expedia that the pool is chargeable.
Breakfast was not a great experience, nothing topped up, spent most of our time there waiting for bread, milk, juice to be topped up

The meals on offer were fantastic.
The staff were helpful and polite.
Although the room we stayed in was clean, spacious and convenient to get to, the location wasn't the best. Room 100 was located on the ground floor not far from the bar/ entertainment area, so we could hear the clanging of glass ware. Also, the constant light from the corridor was a bother for my husband. I must add, there was a football goal outside our window which was distracting. Apart from those things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and large. The staff were pleasant. There was a choice for breakfast and the dining room was well laid out. We had booked a bottomless brunch for my birthday. We hadn't been told that it didn't include cocktails which I have had many bottomless brunches, all of which included cocktails. However, it was enjoyable.

We stayed here for the night after attending a wedding nearby we checked in early and were greeted by a lovely member of staff who gave us lots of information and made us feel special we were allowed to leave our car in the onsite car park which was very convenient with lots of spaces we used the hotel bar after returning from our wedding and found the staff very friendly and efficient on gaining entry to our room we were surprised how big the room was it was air conditioned which we were very grateful for as it was extremely hot weather the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious tea/coffee was available in the room too our check out was very easy and again a lovely member of staff was very helpful

The property is lovely and well maintained. All members of staff where pleasant.
Our room was very clean. It was classed as a suite, but I'm not sure it really was. It had two areas to it, but very basic. The air con didn't work that well which was a shame given the weather was very hot. Other than that it is worth a stay.

We were given a room on the second floor and the lifts were out of service for most of our stay which was very difficult.
That coloured our view of the whole experience.
The restaurant was okay but we wouldn't eat there again by choice.

Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel

We had an excellent two-night mini break at this hotel and would happily stay again. The hotel was well maintained, with ample parking, a great bar, and a lovely outdoor patio area that we thoroughly enjoyed in the sunshine.
We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food. However, it's worth noting that if you book through a third-party site such as Expedia or Hotels.com, access to the spa and swimming pool incurs an additional charge of £10 per person for the duration of your stay. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking and came as a surprise.
On our first night, there was some disturbance from a group of local youths driving noisily along the road at the front of the hotel. However, the hotel staff dealt with the situation promptly and professionally, which was appreciated and helped minimise the disruption.
The hotel was perfectly located for exploring the local town and the excellent restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly return.

After arrival we decided to have a meal in the Bar, waited about 15 minutes to order although not busy. When the food arrived chips were not cooked and salad had dressing on that wasn’t mentioned. Food was changed but had to wait a while.
Breakfast was ok, although busy.

Arrived at the hotel on first impression the hotel looked nice. We checked In to be told there’s an additional charge to use the facilities after paying nearly £200 for the room. Our room was on the first floor but had to walk through corridor after corridor which felt never ending. We entered the room to find it completely run down in desperate need of a maintenance and a fresh lick of paint was in desperate need. The bathrooms are extremely old fashioned and again in desperate need of repair. The bed was tiny and the sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable. We went to reception to ask to move to another room they advised there was non available and unable to help they didn’t seem to bothered when we said we wouldn’t be staying the night an would find other accommodation. I then asked for a Refund but was told to contact bookings. Com as they couldn’t offer a refund. Just throughly disappointing in the whole experience we won’t be returning.
