It was nice place. Clean, quiet and kind. The heating system was really nice. OverallI I had a good memory.

Great location, super friendly staff and spacious, well appointed room. Could need slightly softer lighting and a lick of paint as well as a suitcase stand. I’ll happily be back soon again.

We like the location as it's very tranquil, 10-15 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Good restaurants nearby. We had one meal in the bar which was very nice. The room is very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. They will help you with your luggage if asked. There is no lift to the rooms. Our room 1 is right next to the stairs so you will hear people hauling luggage late at night after arrival or checking out early in the morning. I understand in the old days the sink has the hot water on one side and the cold on the other. But nowadays, it's hard to get used to that as you can never get warm water over the sink. There is no drain stopper and the water is either too hot or too cold. It would be nice to have socket on both side of the bed too. Overall, for the price we paid, we are more than satisfied. What's mentioned are just something to think about.

On arrival staff were lovely and helpful, explained can come down into the bar, can buy a meal etc. Explained about the breakfast if want one. The room itself was good. Lovely big bed, nice and comfy, all nice clean sheets, lots of towels, huge fluffy soft white ones for use after a shower. They had a nice size TV to watch, a coffee making machine with diff flavour coffees to choose from, usual kettle cups etc. This BnB could do easily be made so much better for the public to use and I'm sure they would get lots more customers. It's the little things that need sorting, the handle screws on the shower door missing, bit of the handle on the tap missing, toilet roll holder bar missing... Little things like that.. needs a general DIY guy there to put it all correct and then it be perfect. Also needs a small fridge as they give you 2 small lovely size bottles of milk for your coffee, but mine was warm and it tasted like just on the turn so no milk 2 use. Lovely cheery place... Once you have found it. 😆

Room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, great amenities, fantastic location, close walk to tube & buses. Nice little cafe next door. It is above a pub but it’s quiet and the pub has good dinner options.

Great location. Staff and customer service wonderful. Free on road parking at the weekend. Would have liked an ironing board in room. Windows don’t open and the plumbing in our room wasn’t great as it sounded like the toilet was constantly flushing. However, we would return and just ask for a different room.

Nice pub with rooms. Good bar and restaurant. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was good, everything worked. The odd bit of wear but clean. 👍

Hotel is perfectly located to explore Barnes, Richmond and Hammersmith. Staff were amazing...always available and very helpful throughout. Room was very clean and just the right size. Continental breakfast was perfect and just a great place to stay

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, very comfy bed and quiet too. Some noise from the room upstairs / the corridor but not too noisy!

Schöner, authentischer Pub mit schön hergerichteten Zimmern. Die U-Bahn ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Tür. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es weitere Restaurants und gute Frühstückscafés. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen, es gibt dafür eine Lüftung. Es ist dadurch aber relativ ruhig im Zimmer, Geräusche aus dem Pub (Musik, Stimmen) haben uns nicht gestört, das gehört zum Feeling.

Lovely Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Located in a convenient spot near a metro line and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The room was really cosy and spotless. The staff were very helpful and they even had an air conditioning guide! No hotel ive been to tell you how to use it. Other hotels need to take notes. The food both for breakfast and dinner were really nice as well. Look forward to staying with these guys again in the future

The bed is excellent, and the room is cozy. I know this area is nice and quiet, that's why I selected it, even though it's near the Thems and the convenient underground and bus station, Hammersmith. Especially, I love the classic Barns Bridge, it's right there! Next time, I definitely enjoy dinner here.

Perfect location for our needs. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. Can hear noise from other rooms but expectable in an older building. I would recommend.
