This was a great place to come home to every evening after being among the crowds in London. It is in a quiet residential community just off the river right across the bridge from Hammersmith tube station - which you can get anywhere from. It was small but very clean - nice fluffy big towels, towel warmer and clean fresh bedding. The room was above a pub so we were worried about noise but there was very little. Highly recommend!

Good location, pleasant & quiet room (No.8). Overall we'll maintained & presented. Bathroom - water leak from toilet cistern, floor often wet. Shower - more thorough cleaning/bleaching needed, mould/dirt at base & corners of shower tray. Bathroom ceiling - flaking paint needs attention. Breakfasts - poor, VERY basic continental only, no fruit juice, staff seemed reluctant to replenish items. Would however stay again and recommend.

I had to wait quite a while in order to check in. The first room had a great view and was very nice, but it also had blinds stuck halfway down so I was given a new room - which wasn’t as nice. One lamp was without a bulb.
I have stayed in several of Young’s pubs and have always been pleasantly surprised.
Here, I did miss the attention to details, like homemade cookies, bath robes or additional little amenities that makes a stay extra pleasant.
The Beidge was sadly lacking in this, especially given the price. But the location is wonderful and the staff was friendly. So overall, it was a nice stay.

Walls were a bit thin but other than this it was a lovely room. The pub is gorgeous and it’s very good value for money with breakfast included. There is a separate door to get to your room which is great so you don’t have to walk through the pub to come and go. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

I didn't like that there was a leak in the sink. The curtains were also difficult to pull down. Expedia advertised the room as breakfast included but the confirmation email did not have breakfast included.

Room was good, bed comfortable. carpet in corridor dingy. Tea/coffee option in room no decaffeinated and couldn't find room with complimentary milk. Options on dinning expensive considering across Hammersmith Bridge had a vast selection of options at reasonable prices. Breakfast as an extra ridiculous.

We had a concert at Hammersmith and chose this place as it was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend staying here if you need to be in the Hammersmith area

We have stayed several times and always get a warm welcome.
This time we found the bathroom in need of some maintenance and that is the only reason for 4 stars rsther than 5.
Evening food us lovely.

Really good location for Hammersmith station. Comfy beds and great shower, liked the coffee machine in the room. We thought the self service breakfast was a great idea as we could grab when we wanted to,wouldve been nice to have a selection of cereals though.
Parking on road was easy but the bridge didnt have any permits left, we left a note in the window, not sure if we will receive a penalty notice in the post. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would definitely consider staying here again, excellent value for money.

Several nitpicks: The "kitchen" is just a closet with a refrigerator containing milk, yogurt, and industrially made muffins. (If there was another kitchen, I never figured out how to get to it.) No washcloths. No fitted sheet: instead, a flat sheet was used for the mattress. The carpet in the hallway has lots of stains.
Positives: I loved the location for several reasons (being close to the river, in a quiet neighborhood, and near restaurants and cafes). The manager let us check in early because we were exhausted from our transatlantic flight, which was much appreciated. All staff members we encountered could not have been nicer.

Two night stay for an event. Easy access to transport (short walking distance). Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was a decent size and shower room/loo was good size. Very clean and good quality sheets and towels (good size towels that were soft!). Easy check in/out process. Coffee etc available in room with real milk kept in fridge along corridor (not the little plastic tubs). Ate in the pub below the evening we arrived which was lovely and decent price for London - relaxed atmosphere. No issues with noise from the pub. We’d definitely stay here again.
