Great stay - quiet, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus!

Easy access for walking to Hammersmith Apollo. Quiet room if a little warm

Lovely room with decent sized bathroom & shower. Nice decor. Quiet for main road side of pub (although could hear people on stairs as room adjacent). Breakfast was a nice surprise - not expecting this to be an option: quality food and great service. Friendly staff. Definitely return if in area - only 10min walk to Hammersmith Apollo.

Easy check in, staff friendly and helpful, room (room 1) was clean but one of the towels was dirty with a big brown stain. Coffee machine constantly leaked water and the shower drain was blocked which led to the shower floor filling up with water. This meant we only had about 3 mins shower to avoid flooding the bathroom. We raised the issues but nothing was done while we stayed the 2 nights. We were given a bottle of presseco as it was my wifes birthday which was a nice touch. We ended up checking out early as we didn't want to stay a 2nd night and wake up to the same issues. Luckily we didn't live too far so went home to wake up with a decent shower. Location was everything, beautiful area of Barnes and easy transport links.

Equipe extremamente gentil, quando chegamos o quarto nao eatava pronto, pois chegamos cedo, mesmo assim a recepcionista do pub noa ofereceu cafe e algo para comer. O quarto era espaçoso e a cama muito confortável, bem iluminado com 2 janelas. Tinhamos chá e café. Banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro muito bom!

I did the pre online check in, to advise we would be arriving around 3pm. Due to traffic we arrived at 3:30pm. When we got there the systems were down, so the lady couldn’t tell us what room we were booked in, and then advised we need to wait for the manager, who’s in a meeting and would be 20 minutes. We had a table booking for dinner at 5:15, so conscious on time, we didn’t have a choice and said ok we will wait. The lady offered us a free drink on the house which was nice. 4:15, and the manager appears and a key was handed to us. 45 minutes later we attempted to head upstairs to our room, with no instructions on where or how to get to it. due to this delay, we had not enough time to get ready, and was late for our meal booking. This then meant we missed out on bottomless brunch we had booked as we were too late. Apart from that, room was a good size. And there is a major plumbing issue, as when the sink is on, the water does not go down the drain, and just sits in the sink.

The Bridge in Barnes was in an excellent location for my visit to London on this occasion. The staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. My room was good with very comfortable bed and the shower room was good. I would stay at the Bridge again on another visit to London.

The room was well appointed, clean and cozy. It was small with only the bare necessities but great for a couple of days stay. The staff is wonderful and welcoming, and I will happily come back again.

Nice room in a pleasant and quiet area

Lovely quiet location but the room I got was a bit ‘tired’ and the carpet looked dirty. However, good things are: a lovely shower and a good mattress + a coffee maker and kettle in the room. Thanks!

Room was spotless. But staff waited until later afternoon to clean it nexr day

Clean room, comfortable beds and very quiet. Shower was good too. Bathroom sink drained poorly but that didn’t impact stay. Pub/restaurant downstairs was convenient and good food.

The room was spacious and very quiet, even as it overlooked the road. Bed was comfy. Staff were helpful and polite.

We went to a concert at Eventim and we chose the perfect hotel! It was clean and quiet, and close to the venue, cafés, shops, and parking. We really liked everything.

Fantastic stay and they made great efforts to accommodate our baby. Will be back!
