Amazing place,staff kind and cooperative

Didn’t like my stay. Host says he doesn’t take their currency anymore and only accepts dollars. The lights were off and I asked from breakfast today and they didn’t give me.

A great value for the cost. Many shops and venues are within close reach. The amenities in bathrooms are new.

The hotel itself is excellent however it’s away from most of the shops or cafes. The roads isn’t the best either but I guess the staff and amenities make up for those.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The property failed to provide basic amenities, and the staff behavior was completely unacceptable. The room did not have a TV, even though this was clearly listed as an amenity when we booked. When we asked the staff about it, no solution was offered and no effort was made to correct the issue. We paid for certain standards, and the hotel simply did not deliver. The most disturbing part of the stay was the way we were treated by staff. A staff member threatened to throw our belongings out of the room if we did not make a payment before 12 PM. Speaking to guests in a threatening manner is completely unprofessional and unacceptable under any circumstances. It created a very uncomfortable and intimidating environment. Breakfast was also included in our booking, but in the morning we were told they had “run out of stock.” This is not a minor inconvenience — it shows poor management and lack of basic planning. If breakfast is advertised and paid for, it must be available to guests. We had to leave the hotel without eating. The location only made things worse, as it is inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to an already terrible experience. Overall, this hotel showed a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for guests. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here.

The hotel is very clean. The room was simple, but the quality of the bed was high, I slept very well. The employees are extremely kind and helpful, they supported me with everything. At the same time, especially the bathroom had a bad smell. Few ventilation opportunities. I booked a room with 'city view', but there was only a small window on top of the room, no view at all. I recommend the hotel to add some amenities in the room: a bottle with water, a glass for drinking, soap for my hands, such kind of things which are normal in a hotel. The best value for your money. Absolutely no hotel can beat this place in Addis. This would be a 5 STAR hotel if it was located on the main street. Friendly staff, Great breakfast, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, walking distance to authentic restaurants and cafe's. I have stayed for 5 nights and now I am extending my stay.

Hotel is very clean and the staff is very polite, but WiFi is horrible and it works half the day and when it works its crappy Tv is worthless bracket it not connected to WiFi nor satellite they promised to fix it 3 times but they didn't until i moved to another hotel

The girls and boys are very good for the help I need there is no ??? . The area very far from the description the Internet connection is very bad and to get rest very impossible too much noise from the people who cleaned the room or the Neighborhood overall I give this place less than one point from 10 disgusting.
