호텔 베른 오페라

가성비 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 다만 1층방이어서 담배냄새가 방에 들어왔습니다. 근처 빨래방 앞에 있는 프랑스 음식점은 추천할만 합니다

나쁘지는 않아요 파리 호텔이 대부분 그렇듯 넓지는 않고.. 특히 욕실은 좁아요. 그치만 깨끗했고 위치도 나쁘지 않았습니다. 리셉션의 파스칼이라는 직원이 매우 친절했어요. 뷰는... 페이지에 소개된 것 말고도 제가 올린 사진처럼 약간은 답답한 뷰도 있으니 참고하세요. 침대는 아주 푹신했고 라파예트 백화점, 오페라 가르니에는 도보로 15분 정도 걸렸습니다.

적당한 가격에 적당한 호텔입니다.

교통이 상당히 편리했고, 방도 깨끗하고, 직원도 친절하여 아주 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 다음에 파리에 간다면 또 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다.

호텔은 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했습니다. 위치도 별로 나쁘지 않았으며, 주변에 가까운 편의점과 음식점 등도 있어 편리하였습니다.

2호선 ROME 역에서 1~2분거리라 메트로를 주로 이용하는 여행자에게 아주 편리한 위치입니다. 3인실이었는데 룸이나 욕실모두 깨끗하고 편안해서 만족스러웠네요...프론트 직원도 친절하고.. 가격 대비 추천할만해서 글 남깁니다.

지하철역이 가까워 주요 관광지랑 이동이 편리하였고 조식이 깔끔하고 좋았다. 그러나 호텔 객실은 난방이 잘 되지 않아 추웠고, 화장실 샤워부스 수압이 낮아 씻기가 곤란했다. 샤워부스에는 머리까락 및 때들이 껴있어서 불청결하였다.

프로모션으로 본래 요금보다 저렴하게 이용할 수 있었던것같아요. 가족 3명이서 함께 머물렀구요. 침실은 3개고 창밖으로 파리 골목을 볼 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 파리의 주요 관광지(에펠탑, 개선문, 샹젤리제거리, 노트르담 대성당, 루브르, 왕궁 등)를 두루 갈 수 있는 중간 지점에 호텔이 위치해 있고, 지하철로 이동하는데도 걸어서 5분~6분정도 거리에 있기 때문에 편리했던 것 같아요. 그리고 호텔 뒤쪽으로 가다보면 큰 마트도 있어서 이용에 편리했어요~ 단점은 욕실의 douche(샤워기)의 물이 잘 안나왔던 점이 있었지만, 그 외에는모두 만족합니다~!

그런데로 만족. 창문을 열면 열차 소리가 좀 심함. 닫으면 조용.

위치 좋고, 직원들은 매우 친절합니다.다만, 객실 청소 상태가 불량합니다. 겉보기엔 별 문제가 없는 것 같은데, 커튼을 열어 보고 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 벽에 아주 오래된 먼지들이 잔뜩 끼어 있더군요. 컵도 제대로 씻어놓지 않았구요.

Toilet has urine stains prior to checking in. Staff was mostly friendly and location was decent.

Pænt og rent, men småt. Lugtede dog på værelset. God beliggenhed og i nærheden af et større parkeringshus. Udemærket til prisen. Fin til få overnatninger.

Title:Horrific Experience-Robbed While Sleeping in Hotel Room with My Child Review: During our recent stay(28-28.08)at Hotel Berne Opera in Paris my son and I were robbed in our hotel room while we were sleeping.This is not just a bad review-this was a traumatic and terrifying experience that no guest should ever go through. Here is what was stolen during the night, while we were asleep in locked room: •Our passports(both mine and my child's) •Money •A brand new phone •Public transport passes for me and my child Due to the gross negligence of the hotel,we were left stranded in a foreign country without identification, money,or means of communication. The stress and fear we expect were overwhelming-especially for my young child.We were not on vacation anyway, we were in survival mode,just truing to make it back home to the UK. Because of the theft,we had to: •Buy new tickets at a much higher price •Book a hotel due to the late arrival •Purchase new bus tickets •Cover extensice transportation and food expenses. To make things worse the hotel has ignored all three of my official complaints.This silence raises serious concerns and makes me wonder if this happened before. This was not only a violation of our safety ,but also a complete failure of the hotel to provide a secure environment for guests. I am not sharing this experience lightly-I believe future travelers should be warned about the risks of staying at this property,especially families

Very friendly staff and convenient to Metro and trains.

Very close to restaurants, bus and teain station, we walked to most places from here.

We had a good time in Paris and the location of the Hotel was good. Somehow we had the impression when we booked through Expedia that breakfast was included but it was not when we arrived. Very few of the guests took advantage of the Breakfast we think because it was overpriced for what it was. There was a strange rule that guests could only have one programmed key to each room. Which meant that if one went out and the other stayed in their return presumed the partner would not fall asleep and be woken by the others return. The room we were in 42 was showing signs of age. Damage to the Bath, fridge door surround something broken off with a sharp screw sticking out. The receptionist during the day was rather officious.

A destacar todo su personal: desde recepción, a la persona que atendía en los desayunos. Son súper amables, simpáticos, se desviven por ayudarte… Hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable. Las críticas son por las instalaciones: las habitaciones son pequeñas y la bañera es demasiado alta ( pero he de decir que en todos los hoteles que he estado era la línea habitual) . Tienen moqueta, lo que no facilita mucho la limpieza. Las habitaciones necesitarían un “ lavado de cara” : pintura, reparar mobiliario.. Tienes en ka habitación nevera y te dejan café e infusiones. El desayuno me gustó. Está cerca del metro y de autobuses, lo que facilita el moverte por Paris. Me llamó la atención que me cambiaban las toallas aunque no las dejase en el suelo( soy de las que no por estar en un hotel abusa y pide cambio diario, en mi casa tampoco las cambio diariamente) . Con todo la estancia fue magnífica. Gracias a todo el personal!! Ah! Hay un parking cercano que ofrece un descuento por estar alojada en el hotel, y además no es excesivamente caro( no olvidemos que estamos en Paris)

Luisa fue excelente anfitriona en recepcion, la propiedad es vieja cumple pero muy limpia y excelente aire acondicionado que se agradecer el hotel es 3 estrellas. Me parecio justo y adecuado Con estación de metro cerca y varios opciones de comida cerca 5 a 10 min caminando, el desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente buen cafe
