Saya mempunyai penginapan yang menyenangkan di hotel ini! Kami memeriksa apabila terdapat mogok sehingga semua pengangkutan di Paris dibatalkan, kakitangan hotel membantu kami mencari teksi / kereta persendirian (yang sukar ketika itu). Kami pergi ke lapangan terbang dengan lancar. Bilik ini bagus untuk 2 orang, katil bagus, bilik mandi ok dan lokasi hebat. Sangat dekat dengan Metro Rom dan kami boleh menemui pasar mini (carefour), restoran, kedai pastry, mcdonalds & kfc di sekitar kawasan itu.

Nossa segunda vez no Berne Opera. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a padarias, metrô e supermercados. Acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é pequeno mas organizando o espaço da pra ficar bem acomodado sem grandes restrições. No geral bom custo benefício.

Formidable! Séjour d’une nuit et pas le dernier, j’y reviendrai. Établissement très propre, équipement au dessus de cette gamme d’hôtel, équipe accueillante, rien à redire. La chambre était prête avant l’heure, sans aucun doute dans le haut de cette gamme d’hôtel sur Paris.

The hotel is located less than 500 meters away from the Roma metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as the hotel is surrounded by houses and restaurants. There is a mini market very close to the hotel, so you can do a last minute purchase safely. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are big compared to the local standard and they always keep all the facilities clean. The continental breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and next to the breakfast area they have a room for the kids (or you) to play Nintendo Wii and boardgames. It was an excellent choice for me and my family!

Title:Horrific Experience-Robbed While Sleeping in Hotel Room with My Child Review: During our recent stay(28-28.08)at Hotel Berne Opera in Paris my son and I were robbed in our hotel room while we were sleeping.This is not just a bad review-this was a traumatic and terrifying experience that no guest should ever go through. Here is what was stolen during the night, while we were asleep in locked room: •Our passports(both mine and my child's) •Money •A brand new phone •Public transport passes for me and my child Due to the gross negligence of the hotel,we were left stranded in a foreign country without identification, money,or means of communication. The stress and fear we expect were overwhelming-especially for my young child.We were not on vacation anyway, we were in survival mode,just truing to make it back home to the UK. Because of the theft,we had to: •Buy new tickets at a much higher price •Book a hotel due to the late arrival •Purchase new bus tickets •Cover extensice transportation and food expenses. To make things worse the hotel has ignored all three of my official complaints.This silence raises serious concerns and makes me wonder if this happened before. This was not only a violation of our safety ,but also a complete failure of the hotel to provide a secure environment for guests. I am not sharing this experience lightly-I believe future travelers should be warned about the risks of staying at this property,especially families

We had a good time in Paris and the location of the Hotel was good. Somehow we had the impression when we booked through Expedia that breakfast was included but it was not when we arrived. Very few of the guests took advantage of the Breakfast we think because it was overpriced for what it was. There was a strange rule that guests could only have one programmed key to each room. Which meant that if one went out and the other stayed in their return presumed the partner would not fall asleep and be woken by the others return. The room we were in 42 was showing signs of age. Damage to the Bath, fridge door surround something broken off with a sharp screw sticking out. The receptionist during the day was rather officious.

A destacar todo su personal: desde recepción, a la persona que atendía en los desayunos. Son súper amables, simpáticos, se desviven por ayudarte… Hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable. Las críticas son por las instalaciones: las habitaciones son pequeñas y la bañera es demasiado alta ( pero he de decir que en todos los hoteles que he estado era la línea habitual) . Tienen moqueta, lo que no facilita mucho la limpieza. Las habitaciones necesitarían un “ lavado de cara” : pintura, reparar mobiliario.. Tienes en ka habitación nevera y te dejan café e infusiones. El desayuno me gustó. Está cerca del metro y de autobuses, lo que facilita el moverte por Paris. Me llamó la atención que me cambiaban las toallas aunque no las dejase en el suelo( soy de las que no por estar en un hotel abusa y pide cambio diario, en mi casa tampoco las cambio diariamente) . Con todo la estancia fue magnífica. Gracias a todo el personal!! Ah! Hay un parking cercano que ofrece un descuento por estar alojada en el hotel, y además no es excesivamente caro( no olvidemos que estamos en Paris)

Nossa segunda vez no Berne Opera. O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a padarias, metrô e supermercados. Acesso fácil aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é pequeno mas organizando o espaço da pra ficar bem acomodado sem grandes restrições. No geral bom custo benefício.

Formidable! Séjour d’une nuit et pas le dernier, j’y reviendrai. Établissement très propre, équipement au dessus de cette gamme d’hôtel, équipe accueillante, rien à redire. La chambre était prête avant l’heure, sans aucun doute dans le haut de cette gamme d’hôtel sur Paris.
