Top Hotel. Einzig die Möbel waren etwas abgenutzt.

War OK, es gibt aber im Portfolio von Grecotel Hotels, die im Service und im Zustand der Objekte besser sind.

Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea.

Mooie en complete accommodatie, super met de a la carte restaurants. Ook in het main restaurant heerlijk gegeten. Zwembaden zijn groot en mooi, leuk kinderzwembad wat helaas wel heel erg koud was. Verwarmen zou echt top zijn. Zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel in de a la carte restaurants, poolbar en aan de balie. We hebben genoten!

Amazing holiday. Family bungalow was perfect for a family of four. Staffs were all welcoming and friendly. Excellent dining options and lovely cocktails.

Food was amazing, excellent options especially for vegetarians. Rooms were old school but comfortable. Cleanliness of the room wasn’t 100 per cent. Each day I had to ask for fresh towels and to change the sheets, it wasn’t done automatically. Staff were exceptional, so helpful and fun and nice to the kids. The lack of air conditioning in the common areas and also the kids club was an issue. Also eating at the pool bar was often extremely hot and there was no air ventilation. The hotel is amazing but they need to work on the lack of air conditioning especially in summer. The rooms were stocked with alot of storage. Lovely atmosphere, the vibe was really relaxed and fun. Amazing guests and overall we loved our stay.

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Anlage. Sehr aufmerksame, umsorgte Belegschaft. Grossartige Küche, rundum saubere Anlage (von Zimmer, über Garten bis Restauration).

This is a lovely property in a great position right on the beach. It’s not 5 star but a solid 4 star, it’s clean, has good facilities, feels safe and the all-inclusive offering is very good. Would be really good if travelling with kids, maybe not so good for a romantic getaway as a couple because there were a lot of kids even outside of the school holidays. Would definitely recommend the all inclusive as the prices for food and drink are high otherwise. Pools are really nice, beach well kept, but you will need to be up early if you want a lounger by a pool - all claimed by 7am! More easy to get one on the beach, at most times of day

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Sehr groß, grün und gepflegt. Das Zimmer war leider eine totale Katastrophe. Das Zimmer wird einem 5-Sterne Hol leider nicht gerecht.

A Disappointing Experience for Guests with Food Allergies We were truly looking forward to our stay at Grecotel LuxMe in Kos, having heard great things about the property. However, our experience was deeply disappointing due to the hotel’s handling of my wife’s severe food allergies. Before our arrival, we made multiple attempts to inform the hotel that my wife has life-threatening allergies to nuts, celery, and gluten (including coeliac disease). Despite this clear communication, the hotel staff did not seem adequately prepared or trained to handle her dietary needs safely. On several occasions, we were told to simply eat from the buffet – something that is absolutely unacceptable and dangerous for someone with severe allergies and coeliac disease. Even worse, her food was sometimes taken directly from the buffet, raising serious concerns about cross-contamination. This approach is not only careless but grossly negligent, and it left us feeling extremely unsafe throughout our stay. As a result, we often avoided meals altogether and felt uncomfortable and anxious during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected better awareness and accommodation of medical dietary requirements. We strongly urge Grecotel LuxMe Kos to train their staff properly on how to handle food allergies and coeliac disease. If such dietary restrictions cannot be safely managed, guests should be clearly informed in advance, rather than being placed at risk.

The bar and live entertainment is far too loud. They play live music until 11:30 and DJ until midnight. It is loud in your room. We asked management to turn it down as the hotel was very quiet and no one was watching it and our children were unwell and wanted to sleep. Management refused, the manager refused to meet us and simply stated under greek law they can play music. It's a pity as it's a nice hotel, the management are however rude and couldn't care less.

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, speciality restaurants are superb, staff friendly and helpful, buffet a little repetitive, lots of children around, could do with an adults only area for sunbathing

As it's October we found it lovely and quiet, just the right temperature also, the Reception staff were also informing in this department Upton arrival and we found that everyone was willing to help and serve whenever requested, it was a lovely relaxing Holiday and we will certainly returning!

Best holiday ever, great hotel and great facilities. Wonderful buffet. Lovely pools. Good evening entertainment. Would totally come again

This place is so beautiful! I would definitely come back if I visit Kos again. We were probably the only American family out of the many European countries that were there but that made us feel even more like VIP! My upgrade was phenomenal! Food was phenomenal! My children did not want to leave! Beach is not the best because it’s not very shallow and there’s rocks but the pools are the main thing! There’s even a little island of sand in between the pools if you really want sand! Entertainment at 10pm was nice! Everything was just really beautiful!! The only thing I would like to point out is the smoke detector in room 617 should be replaced. This is a life saving device and not having one could be life or death God forbid! Anyway!! Thank you so much for such an enjoyable experience! I❤️Grecotel!

Very clean. Beautiful landscape gardens. Next to beach. Staff friendly. Bar service needs improving. No bars, restaurants or shops within easy walking distance outside hotel. An information booklet in the room would have been useful.
