Location is great if you want to be by oceanside, and have no transportation. Grand Anse is a excellent beach, near transportation, Spice mall all within walking distant. Close to restaurants mostly every is in the area. Staff is helpful excellent very pleasant A+++ Hotel is bare minimum, comfortable bed, good a/c bathroom & water works well. Its an older resort.so No amenities no restaurant, looks like the neighbor hotel uses the closed restaurant. no room service, no spa, didnt see a gym, nice pool. Nice tv and porch to bird watch in the morning. Im no bad mouthing the place just giving you information. Electric in room are minimum. Only can carry a cellphone and laptop There are notes all over our room. So if you need more usage, it's not available. There's no electric outlets near bed. So if you need for say a bipap it's challenging. Theres a small refrigerator and hot pot, no coffee maker. Not enough power for heating up food no microwave in room, but theres one available at front desk, Overall it nice for short stay eating in restaurant everyday can be costly. There's a super market in the mall. Prices are good. enjoy your stay, I hope this helps you know what to expect. I would stay again for a short stay. Loved the staff and beautiful grounds.

The hotel defitnatley needs an upgrade. Was not impressed by the pool and fitness room. House cleaning was okay, everyday was a different issue, but appreciate the everyday bed made up. The plus, the bed was comfortable and the location is ideal.

This hotel is located on the beach. It has a large outdoor pool. So many good restaurants within walking distance up and down the beach. The hotel itself comes with no frills. It served our purpose perfectly and we had a great time. Loved everything about Grenada. The people and food are fantastic. Hope to return and stay at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Allemand Resort in Grenada, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The room appeared to have only been superficially cleaned. The floors were not properly cleaned, and the walls were covered with handprints and dirt stains that could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. The room’s TV was also very small (around 24 inches), which made it less enjoyable for relaxing after a day out. Another disappointment was that the kitchen/restaurant was closed during our stay, and we were not informed of this in advance. Knowing this before arrival would have helped us plan our meals. The biggest letdown was the gym. The equipment was extremely outdated, dirty, and showed significant rust. It looked as though much of it had not been replaced in decades, making it difficult to have a safe or enjoyable workout. The resort has potential, but it needs improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, communication with guests, and updated amenities to provide the experience travelers expect.

They had a very bad mosquito problem. Loud noise from nearby areas over the weekend had the walls vibrating till 5am in the morning. Only one very low-wattage 110 Volt power outlet. ( stated only for laptop and phone chargers). The only amenities are a mini fridge and a coffee maker OR water kettle. There is a built-in hair dryer operating on the 220-volt system. Clean room and helpful cleaning check-in and staff. Rollaway beds were available on request. Access to the beach was the highlight of the trip. The restaurant on the property looked permanently closed. There is a little microwave in a public area. Air conditioning and Parking as good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, got an early check in time, Place was clean but there were a lot of mosquitoes. The area is busy so whilst some persons may like the convenience it’s definitely not for those who are looking for a nice quiet vacation spot.

This hotel is bare bones, but its in the best location. The restaurant was closed, theres no food options, but youre within walking distance of almost everything. Umbrellas is a MUST. The food & rum punch are top tier. The Spicemall is across the street, as are a few food trucks & a sports bar. The bank is even across the street. The beach that the hotel sits on is AMAZING. On top of that, you can walk to BBC beach which is just as amazing, but more tranquil. The hotel doesnt offer much past a comfortable bed & a friendly staff, but if you dont need all of the bells & whistles, Allamanda it is.

Liked… Friendly & helpful staff, especially Nelson. Dislike… No snacks or vending machine on premises.

Needs a little facelift

Good:- It was on the beach, so there was easy access. Beach towels were provided. Bad:- 1) The lighting in the room was very poor which makes the room dark when the curtains are drawn. Because people on the outside can see into your room, the curtains need to be drawn. There is a ceiling fan that had sockets for four bulbs and there were no bulbs in any of the sockets, so no light in the centre of the room. The switch for the lamp by one of the bedside tables is damaged, so no light from that lamp. 2) The room was next to a room of the next door hotel and that room was where all the dishes, pots and pans were carried to for cleaning, etc. There was a lot of noise during the night and early morning with the washing of pots, pans, cutlery, etc., clanging noise. There is a park opposite to the hotel and there was a political rally which made a lot of noise from the sound systems, the shouting in the mic by speakers , do and mic and fireworks in the night which disturbed me at night. Not a hotel to go to if you wanted peace and quiet. 3) No elevator, so if you have mobility issues or lots of baggage, it is a problem going up the stairs. 4) No restaurant on site, so you had to go out to the nearby eating places to get something to eat.

The owner and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The place is extremely clean and the ground swell maintained. It is the best beach in Grenada and it was a bonus having a large built-in swimming pool with a deep end of 7 feet. The pool was also well maintained and enjoyable. Groceries are just across the street at the IGA and there are plenty places within walking distance for meals.

Accommodation was great, staff helpful.

The hotel offers an economical, clean, quiet, and comfortable environment. The staff demonstrated a friendly and helpful demeanor. Its convenient location provides easy access to various amenities, and it eliminates the need to rely on family for accommodation during visits. This will definitely be my go to hotel from now on for impromptu visits.

Good for the price. However, need a bigger faster microwave in the conference room on 1st floor.

For a short (2 nights) island trip, the hotel was good for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating and it was nice that the beach was just in the back of the property. The hotel is aged as can be seen with the room & bathroom but very clean. Unfortunately, their restaurant was closed during our stay. I would still recommended this place especially for the price and being right on the beach.

Location is great. Staff is nice. Need to modernized.
