Good location and nice facility. The breakfast was good, and the bar was nice for a nightcap. The parking was a bit of a mess. Maybe that's just the way it in when there's snow.

Lovely well equipped hotel, tasty breakfast and lunch, very accessible to downtown Reykjavik. Surprise chocolate treat at arrival was a well appreciated bonus!

We had a fantastic visit, from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was very clean and had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The spa was such a nice addition especially the outside hot tub where we were able to enjoy a nice glass of Proseco. The food in the lobby restaurant was excellent as well, we had the Lamb and Artic Char and both were delicious. We look forward to staying at another Center Hotel in the future and we recommend this hotel to family and friend visiting Iceland in future.

Clean room, good restaurant, friendly front desk staff and hotel provided chocolates in our room to celebrate our anniversary. Overall a great experience.

Great location for taking day tour with one of the bus stop right behind the hotel building. Room is small but clean and modern.

Room was nice, but a bit on the smaller side if you are looking to bring 2 large suitcases. Spa area was nice, and like the rest of the hotel, very clean. Location was very central to downtown. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes of safe, walking distance.

This was the second time we stayed here. The rooms are meticulously clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. We were able to take advantage of the free parking (first come, first served) all days except one but there was reasonable street parking half a block away. There is some construction out front of the hotel - the city is building a public square which will be great when open. I’d guess by spring 2026. The work started and finished at a reasonable time. But honestly all of Reykjavik seems to be under construction. It is a thriving city.

Amazing hotel. Did lots of research before i went and this was by far the best of all 3-4 star hotels. Front desk very helpful and bfast options were great. Combination of hot and cold entrees, with pastries and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea and fruit juices also included. Location also very good. Close but not too close to DT crowd. Close to multiple bus stops for tours and public buses. Lots of shops and food choices and hlemmer Matholl couple of steps from front door. Onsite restaurant has a 2 for 1 deal for lunch during weekdays. Awesome deal considering food prices in iceland. Rooms were perfect. Cleaned thoroughly...the cleaning staff even wiping down door handles and doors etc of the room. Enough space for 2 and luggages. Nothing to complain about.

Incredible stay

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. large clean rooms. Also lovely little spa which you can order drinks to the Jacuzzi! Would recommend really enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Just couple minutes away from restaurants and stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room were clean.

Happy we could check in early for a small fee and breakfast was included. Breakfast was great every morning. The room was perfect for my friend and I and was very clean. We also enjoyed the spa, but unfortunately the sauna was broken.
