There were very kind staff! Guards smiled for us every time. swimming pool was clean and nice. So we stayed this hotel 1 more night.

EXCELLENT Hotel and Service. Very nice King bed room with great AC and walk-in shower. On-site restaurant had wonderful Indian breakfast and dinner buffets as well as a good ala carte menu. Good 24 hour laundry return. Wi-Fi could be much better as I barely got 4mbps. The most amazing aspect was their exceptional service throughout. Shilpa and Phil were very helpful for all of my front desk needs. VERY SPECIAL THANKS to Travel rep Fareen, who was friendly, professional, thorough, even met me when I first arrived and navigated us through my arriving taxi driver’s confusion regarding final payment. Fareen was always available and also arranged 2 very good day trips for the Taj Sunrise & Sunset, and guided tours of other Agra monuments. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect location for the Taj Mahal ...We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful.. Very nice team

Great location for Taj (East gate for sunrise, sunset etc).. quality Hilton hotel, big bedrooms, good breakfast. Check in and check out times were flexible with hotel reception really helpful. Good transport options. Recommended.

The dusting needs a little more attention, especially inside the cupboards and general fixtures. This is the only reason I am giving 3 stats, the rest was 5 star

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast, mostly helpful staff (especially Pareen at the travel desk). Wifi was quite terrible (as in cant even check emails) - had we known, we would have booked another place. Also, front desk repeatedly dropped the ball on our requests fir toiletries.
