We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree in Agra. They only thing I found missing was the ability to get coffee at 6:00 before going for sunrise at the Taj Mahal.

We stayed for a night while visiting Agra. The hotel is clean and we had a pleasant stay. If you are visiting from the US then will find the hotel just like back home. Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious with variety of options. The hotel travel desk arranged a taxi and guide for us to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, the package is reasonably priced. However i would not recommend travel desk for out of station ( city) travel. We were given same CNG taxi for our booking to Jaipur, which was not comfortable for 5 hour journey.

Arman with the tours was great!! In fact everyone there tries to give you the best experience posible. They are so kind! If you want to visit Taj you should stay in this hotel

Spacious rooms, decent breakfast, mostly helpful staff (especially Pareen at the travel desk). Wifi was quite terrible (as in cant even check emails) - had we known, we would have booked another place. Also, front desk repeatedly dropped the ball on our requests fir toiletries.

A large hotel which is showing some signs of aging. The rooms and public areas were all clean but are just starting to look a bit dated. The breakfast and dinner were ok. Lower quality ingredients compared to other 5 star hotels visited on the same trip to India. The coffee was poor. The staff were all lovely. Check-in was good. Main lobby area is nice.

Overall a nice pleasant place but somewhat lacked in service. Booked a room for 3 adults but the towels were provided only for two. Called the service desk to request another set and they said it will be sent to the room but they never did! Strange for a five star place! Two of the four plug points for charging didn’t work. Nice breakfast spread but wasn’t easy to get someone’s attention to get tea or coffee.

Security issue We were taken to the wrong room The staff was able to open the door And again - it was the wrong room It’s scary when anyone can use any card key to open any room So we did not sleep well thinking some was going to in at any time
