Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day.
Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.

기본적인 숙박에는 지장이 없으며 깨끗한편이고 서비스도 양호한 편입니다. 다만 미니바 차량 서비스 등에 있어 현지 금액보다 10배이상높기 때문에 바가지 씌우는걸 전제로 이용하셔야 합니다. 우버 등을 이용하세요

It doesn’t worth the price. Towels provided are dirty, rooms look shady and congested, room ambience doesn’t match 5-star hotel ambiance.
Also, breakfast is not included within the room charges even though this hotel falls under breakfast included filter in search.

Welcome experience was just bad. Staff seem to be giving importance only to a few. Room are ok. Propert seemed very old. Food was good. Location is good. This isn't a 5 star hotel. It is just a basic hotel.

Due to the very loud music I had to change the room at midnight and the nee room I was given was in a very bad condition in-fact the shower area in the bathroom was almost unusable as taking a shower would cause the water to splash all over the bathroom floor( very tiny bathroom with not doors to protect the shower area. The staffs were polite and were trying to help but it seems there was not much they could do despite of the intent to fix this.

Property needs renovation. I booked luxury room and it was still terrible . Imagine !! I had regular room ; it would be disaster . See attached pics .
