The hotel is at a great location. Very convenient from us consulate building and t nagar where guests have great shopping and food options. The rooms were very clean and everything functioning very well. Srijana helped a lot with checkin and checkout as well.

Room is pretty good and clean. Nice amenities. Breakfast was excellent. Richa was so helpful with check in and check out process. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.

Branding this hotel as 5-star is inappropriate. Having stayed at multiple 5-star hotels before, I think at best it's a 3-star. The only upside is its proximity to the US consulate.

Its definitely doesn’t qualify as a 5-star. The front desk staff was bit rude and not welcoming, the rooms are old and shabby. The bathrooms were not clean. Not a great experience at all
