The hotel is at a great location. Very convenient from us consulate building and t nagar where guests have great shopping and food options. The rooms were very clean and everything functioning very well. Srijana helped a lot with checkin and checkout as well.

Not 5 star level. Room very cramped, dirty in parts. Poor communication. First messaged me asking when I will check in, then when I called said no reservations found. Multiple messages and phone calls later they found it. We ordered Al a carte in restaurant and they tried to add a buffet to our bill when we had none. Poor response from housekeeping on check in day to move the rollaway bed. Never showed up so we moved it ourselves. Overall overpriced for what was offered. Only positive was Abhinav in the restaurant tried to resolve the buffet issue but not sure he was able to as it was on bill on check out. Eventually they removed it after multiple explanations. At best this is 3.5 stars.

Please consider not doing construction work when residents are indoors. Despite our request it went on. Also do get your walls painted. They all look rusted and medieval. We requested for a room change as the room given to us was not as advertised. However there was no effort from the staff to accommodate our request and we had a very uncomfortable stay. The only good thing about this hotel is that its close to the consulate. Not my money’s worth.

The Park hotel was very dirty. My check in time was at 2pm I had a to wait 2 hrs to get the room. Room was very dirty, smelly, a/c vent leak, bedding was not clean, unable to adjust the temperature of the room. Overall unpleasant stay.

Very old rooms, staff is slow for check in / check out. If you have lot of guests that not a excuse to say service is slow. Window was leaking when it rained outside. During checkout the staff mentioned to get the receipt from my agent. None of the hotel in my previous stay mentioned this , it was mentioned at this place because either the staff was not trained or he wanted to quickly get rid because of slow process

I stayed for one night and was very disappointed. The room was outdated and gave off a muggy feeling. Room service was unresponsive. The bathroom and linens were not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the property needs serious management and better hygiene standards. Would not recommend.
