청결하지 못하더라고요 머리카락 한뭉큼 나와서 제가 직접 치웠어요... 바다 가까운건 좋은데 이 금액으로 다른 숙소 선택지가 많습니다!

가족이 이용하기에 너무 좋습니다 바로 앞에선 해변 맛사지와 요가도 즐길 수 있고 많은 해양 스포츠도 있네요 해변가 주변도 레스토랑이 많아 좋습니다.

몇년째 오는곳이지만, 한결같이 잘관리되고 있는것 같다. 아침뷔페도 맛있고, 호텔앞이 바로 해변~분위기는 더할나위없이 좋았다.

Beautiful hotel in amazing garden setting. Room was quite roomy, although a bit outdated it was very comfy, clean & had great air conditioning. The area was quiet, a great place for peace & relaxation. The beach front was fantastic and the 6 km bike / walking path along the beach leading all the way to the new Icon shopping centre was amazing, with lots of places to eat & drink and little shops along the way. The buffet breakfast catered to all tastes & was substantial. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying the staff at this resort were so so lovely, the grounds were also beautiful. Great pools, pushbike hire, buffet breakfast had a lot of options, cocktails were delicious! Nice seating on the beach and quite easy to walk or take a scooter around. I also had a spa treatment which was amazing. This review is more for management. The room was run down, as in floor was chipped and stained, shower was only lukewarm, bedding/pillows felt a bit grotty. It would be worthwhile spending some money to bring the rooms up to scratch so that they match the rest of this lovely property.

This property is run down and shabby. There is mould on the buildings and has a general overuse tiredness about it. My tv didn’t work for the whole stay and mosquitoes were able to get in each night. It was not close to anything other than the hotel cafe and its special seafood buffet was over cooked fish and some side dishes. Overall very disappointing

This resort was an amazing experience, unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the SPA because it was always full, but the private beach is very close and beautiful. The staff are all amazing and very kind and friendly.

施設が少し古いのは仕方ないとして、扉の滑車や戸当たりが悪くなってたり、虫が入る隙間（排水口からコバエ）があるのは気になった。

This was a great place to stay. The staff are amazing and helpful with everything. Great location and will definitely go back.

Well let me start with the setting is beautiful. Good location for walking the promenade The breakfast was acceptable but not great. And I must say that the entire resort needs to be upgraded. It has seen much better days. For the price, you get what you pay for!!!!

Verbleef 2 weken in Mercure Sanur. Heerlijk verblijf. Zeer vriendelijk en net hotel, heel rustig gelegen aan het einde van Sanur, aan een breed strand. Groot domein met prachtige tuin en mooie bungalows in Balinese stijl. Kamer is in oude stijl, maar heeft alle comfort. Zeer groot bed, koelkast, thee-en koffie faciliteiten, voldoende gebotteld water (4 flessen per dag), föhn, goede douche, douchegel, shampoo, conditioner, bodymilk, tandpasta en tandenborstels, zeep, watjes, oorstaafjes, haarkapjes enz..., alles dagelijks ruim aangevuld. Lekker ontbijtbuffet met veel keuze, zowel westers als oosters. Aangenaam restaurant. Mooi Balinees zeevruchtenbuffet met traditionele dansen en vuurdans. Grote regenschermen ter beschikking, nuttig in het regenseizoen. Gratis strandhanddoeken voor zwembaden (2) en strand, voldoende ligzetels, gezellige bar. Veel lekkere restaurants in de omgeving, supermarkt op wandelafstand. Mooie promenade langs de kust van een 4 tot 5 km enkel. Taxi's dicht bij hotel. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit.

Slidt hotel men hvor er det skønt. Ligger på den bedste del af Sanur stranden. Dejlige hytter/huse i en stor park lige ned til stranden med gratis liggestole. Morgenmaden var ok og alt personale var et stort smil.

Nice hotel on a large property in Sanur on the beach. A nice breakfast is available for a reasonable rate. The resort is a bit spread out with easy enough access to the pools and beach. Our room was very comfortable, and larger than expected.

L'hôtel est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d'être rénovées. Personnel peu motivé, nous avions réservé une chambre executive et on nous a donné une chambre d'une catégorie inférieure. J'ai dû insister auprès de la réception pour avoir une meilleure chambre... Et que dire du petit déjeuner... Buffet très médiocre, pas du tout à la hauteur dun Mercure : pas de flocons d'avoine, des croissants qui ne sont pas de vrais croissants et qui sont secs... Bref nous ne reviendrons pas et je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, pour le même prix il y a de bien meilleures options à Sanur.

とにかく居心地の良い環境です。 プールサイドで飲み物を注文。サインしてから部屋に戻ると、しばらくして電話が。サインを貰いにいく。 さっきサインしたけど？と。で、アウト時に案の定二重に。 サインは注文時点でしましょう。

Property was in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other hotels in it's class. Staff were wonderful. Rooms are clean but tired.

I want to start with the positives: The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. Always smiling and so so nice. Also, the pools were nice and being able to enter the beach directly is a HUGE plus and these things saved the stay for me. But - there is a very noisy playground right behind the beach chairs. Constant screaming. The breakfast was chaotic and stressed me out. Too many stations to stand in line to pick up food, the coffee machines kept dysfunctioning and the quality of the food and selection was not great. It could take me 15-20 minutes to find my food and a table. And this is the low season even. The room itself was very worn down with lots damaged tiles on the floor. The shower was not great, and the bed and pillow was definitely not of the standard hotel quality even in 2-3 star hotels. Also, you can hear everything that your neighbours are doing and it gets noisy both early and late. I so wish that I could be more positive, but I would rather be honest.
