객실 상태도 너무 좋고 서비스도 최고였으며 전망이나 위치도 너무 좋았습니다

Room was beautiful and clean. Staff was not always friendly

Spa Bereich war sehr schön und modern, Lage direkt am See, das typische Ambiente für ein Grand Hotel. Leider fehlte es etwas an Liebe, minibar war total vereist und für den Standard in der heutigen Zeit eine Espresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer. Trotzdem werden wir wieder kommen, dann im Sommer um die Pracht des Hauses besser wirken lassen zu können.

Hôtel Palace magnifique début 20ème. Il a gardé son cachet avec une galerie d’art par étage. Nous y sentons son histoire riche de ces occupants illustres. Accueil et service au niveau d’un 5 étoiles. À tester le bar Hemingway. Les chambres restent dans le thème de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bien fourni. La déception vient du niveau de la cuisine , qui n’est absolument pas au niveau du lieu. C’est bien dommage !

The stay was perfect. The hotel is established and you feel the history and class when you are walking in. The hotel staff is always available from unpacking your car and delivery your luggage on arrival to picking your luggage and packing your car back during departure. The service is incredible. The restaurant and bar are good with the variety of choices.

スタッフの対応は良かったが、リクエストしたバスタブがなく、次に案内された部屋は狭くグレードが下がった部屋だった。 防音が悪く隣りの子供の声がうるさくて眠れなかった、

駐車場が近く屋根がありよかった。レストランは一つしかなかったが料理がとても美味しく繊細な料理だった。特に牛肉料理は材料の質が高かった。食後はラウンジにて生演奏が楽しめた。フロントマンの対応やレストランのサービマンは愛嬌がなく残念でした。

Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. One of the best stays I have had. First class in everything they do - lounge, spa, service, room. Room was extremely comfortable and beautiful and had an amazing lake view.

beautiful and palatial! this building was just what I was looking for as our first stop on the lakes breakfast was plentiful and in a great dining room bar was expensive and outdoor bar even more so but Spa made up for it - absolutely amazing! I loved every minute of that pool and the amenities of the Spa area. The room was small but beautifully appointed

The breakfast service had deteriorated from the last time we visited. Seems like they went down food quality from an A to a C.

Wonderful amenities and a view second to none.

The hotel is pretty dated and for the amount of money paid, I'd stay elsewhere next time. Pros: Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food although not much hot food. Dining area is very nice. Gym is better than expected and the treatments area is well done. Cons: Hotel rooms don't receive any direct sunlight leaving the rooms always feeling kind of dark. They have thermostats but the hotel had no heating so had to sleep with an extra duvet and wore my fleece all the time. My biggest issue is with the staff and service. Some staff were super friendly and lovely and others were absolutely rude. My mother wanted to pay for lunch and the maître 'd practically threw the receipt at my mother and turned his back on her to answer the phone. There were a handful of rude micro aggressions that we experienced our 4 nights there. Next time I'd pay extra to stay at Boutique Hotel Stresa or save money and stay at a 4*.

Overall very pleased. Hotel’s location & room’s lake view were fabulous! Breakfast buffet was excellent. King room was a good size for 2 people. Room price included pool & spa amenities which were clean & outstanding. Absolutely no complaints except this one - The mattress was old and uncomfortable due to a large sleepers indentation. Definitely time to replace the mattress in room 310!

A very nice hotel, the area was beautiful and close to the City Center.
