그냥 웃지요 ㅎㅎ

엘리베이터 없는 계단 올라가서 옥탑방 배정받았습니다. 출장이라 가방이 기내용 하나였으니 그나마 다행이었지 큰 가방이면 좀 많이 힘들었을 것 같습니다 베니스 비엔날레 시즌으로 방이 여의치 않아 가격대비 선택했지만 그저 그랬습니다

산 마르코 광장 등등 주변에 관광지가 많아서 좋았어요. 배를 타고 쉽게 리알토 다리로 이동해서 쇼핑할 수 있었어요. 오래 전에 지어진 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어요. 그런데 501호를 배정해주셔서 캐리어를 끌고 올라가기 힘들었어요. 28인치 캐리어를 가지고 다니시는 분은 이 호텔이 적합하지 않을 수 있어요. 하지만 바깥을 바라보는 경치는 좋았어요. 새벽 0시에 근처에서 바실리카에서 울리는 종소리에 잠이 깼어요. 굉장히 고풍스럽고 아늑한 느낌을 받았어요. 하지만 목재 가구가 오래되어서 그런지 목재 가구에서 삐져나온 가시에 손가락이 박혔어요. 아침식사는 만족스러웠어요.

Clean room friendly staff excellent location

When we first arrived at the hotel, we had requested a room with two beds. We were assigned a room in a different building, which was not far, and that was not an issue. However, when we entered the room, we discovered that the entrance door lock was broken. The door could be opened from the outside with a slight push, even when it was locked. We immediately notified the front desk. The receptionist came to check but was unable to fix the problem because the maintenance staff had already left. He promised that the issue would be fixed the next day. Since I was traveling with two small children, I was very concerned about our safety, especially because the room was not in the main hotel building but in a residential area. I was so worried that I had to place chairs behind the door, like in the movies, to feel safe. In addition, the heating in the room was not working. The room was extremely cold, especially since we were traveling in January. We reported this issue as well, but during the two nights we stayed there, no one came to fix it, and the room remained cold.

Ho letto molte recensioni negative e mi dispiace. L'albergo é certamente super datato e non accessibile a tutti, (non ha ascensore che io sappia), ma la camera era pulita e la colazione decente, staff gentile Unica pecca la tenda della doccia , per il resto tornerei volenteri perchè é a 2 passi dai vaporetti e da s marco.

We arrived late at night and there was someone on reception so getting in was quick, checking in was easy and quick and we got to our room. We stayed in a family room and it was clean and tidy. Full size bathroom with towels and shower and hand wash. It’s what I would say a traditional Venetian hotel with marble steps and panelled walls. In the morning you can hear preparations for breakfast but it doesn’t last too long. The hotel is perfectly located for exploring. We would stay again.

Quarto muito bom e com estilo veneziano. Adoramos a experiência. Recomendo!

nous avons trouvé l'hôtel charmant et cosi. La chambre n'était ni trop petite ni trop garde, juste ce qu'il faut pour un couple pour quelques jours. La chambre était propre. Le personnel agréable, à l'écoute. J'ai eu un souci avec mon manteau et ils m'ont dépanné avec du fil et une aiguille sans problème. La dame du service du petit déj' était très agréable et à notre service. Petit plus juste pour dire...il nous a manqué le grill pain pour nos tartines. La situation géographique parfaite. Merci à tous le personnel

Hôtel très bien placé mais vétuste et service minimum.

We stayed in the second building, the room was very clean and had a lovely balcony which overlooked the canal and side street. Couldn’t fault the room. Overall good price for a lovely stay

Local antigo, mas combina com a atmosfera de Veneza.

Chambre tres petite située dans un immeuble, casa Tellier, à une ruelle de l'hôtel . 3 etages d'escalier ! Tres calme. Tres propre. Mais prises électriques à revoir, et matelas et literie à moderniser. Vue sur les toits. L'hôtel lui même : belle décoration à l'ancienne de l'espace accueil et petit-déjeuner, qui est banal . Personnel aimable.

Quaint little alley hotel close to food , boats and sites. Only downside is the 2 very steep staircases you have to climb after a long day of walking. Not very mobility issue friendly. If you have back issues etc pass. Decorated lovely, comfotable. The ahower situation is weird and left the floor flooded but the bath tub is wondrful for soaking. Quiet and safe area.

Area is good

Steep stairs, no elevator ,no help with luggage - even though I’m in my seventies

It was good not too luxurious but has all basic needs. It's so close to major attractions and food places.
