그냥 웃지요 ㅎㅎ

엘리베이터 없는 계단 올라가서 옥탑방 배정받았습니다. 출장이라 가방이 기내용 하나였으니 그나마 다행이었지 큰 가방이면 좀 많이 힘들었을 것 같습니다 베니스 비엔날레 시즌으로 방이 여의치 않아 가격대비 선택했지만 그저 그랬습니다

산 마르코 광장 등등 주변에 관광지가 많아서 좋았어요. 배를 타고 쉽게 리알토 다리로 이동해서 쇼핑할 수 있었어요. 오래 전에 지어진 건물이라 엘리베이터가 없어요. 그런데 501호를 배정해주셔서 캐리어를 끌고 올라가기 힘들었어요. 28인치 캐리어를 가지고 다니시는 분은 이 호텔이 적합하지 않을 수 있어요. 하지만 바깥을 바라보는 경치는 좋았어요. 새벽 0시에 근처에서 바실리카에서 울리는 종소리에 잠이 깼어요. 굉장히 고풍스럽고 아늑한 느낌을 받았어요. 하지만 목재 가구가 오래되어서 그런지 목재 가구에서 삐져나온 가시에 손가락이 박혔어요. 아침식사는 만족스러웠어요.

L'hôtel Lux est idéalement situé tout proche de la place San Marco et des stations de vaporeto. Le personnel est très agréable et très serviable. Une mention particulière à la personne qui nous servait le petit déjeuner. Merci a elle pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité. L'hôtel est un peu vieillot mais propre et bien insonorisé. Il y avait la climatisation dans les chambres. La salle du petit déjeuners est un peu petite mais l'organisation par créneau aide a reguler les arrivées. Le petit déjeuner est correcte, les boissons chaudes y sont excellentes. Si je reviens a Venise, je pourrais revenir dans cet hôtel.

We went to the hotel to check in and were told our family triple room was in another building, I felt anxious but the instructions were good so we left hopeful, within a 2 min walk we entered a beautiful building and went to two flights of stairs to a beautiful room with a double and single (camp bed style), it was immaculate and had a very small but very cute Juliet balcony with amazing views of a canal and a bridge and in the distance we could see what we believe to be St Marks Square. The room had a mini fridge, big wardrobe with extra blankets and one pillow, we paid for breakfast but we didn't go as we just wanted to explore the area we were in with plenty of cafes and bakeries around us

The room itself was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the only amenity and that was bad with just cereal, day old croissants and yogurt to eat. Good espresso and cappuccino. The biggest problem was the noise. Our room was just above several restaurants which were very busy until midnight. It might have been ok if we could have turned on the ac and shut the windows, but they don't switch the system on until May.

Pros: Staff was nice and location was good. Cons: Air conditioning either wasn’t on or didn’t work, it was actually blowing HOT air into the room. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom was still dirty. Shower was one tiny head that half worked as the rest of the water ran out the bottom. Place is rundown to say the least. Overall, it looks as most hotels are on the rundown side, but if you can spend an extra $50-100 for a nicer place… I would do so.

Propiedad un poco antigua pero agradable. No cuenta con elevador más no fue un impedimento para nuestra estancia. Excelente ubicación

The room is very small, and the furniture is very old, as is the bathroom. The hotel needs a complete renovation and everything needs to be replaced. The room is infested with bedbugs. Breakfast is terrible, and there’s no variety to choose from. The air conditioner doesn’t work. The refrigerator is practically useless. There’s no teapot or coffee maker. The cups are made of the cheapest kind of plastic.

The room was ok however the shower sprayed everywhere because it was missing the door. The biggest issues were the mosquitos. Despite always leaving the window closed I was constantly bitten by them through the night.

I did not use the a/c. Shops were plentiful

El personal fue servicial. Pudimos guardar las maletas mientras hacíamos un tour y regresamos por ellas, todo súper bien y confiable. La apariencia del lugar no es el mejor. La limpieza tampoco. Aunque vi una persona limpiando los cuarto el olor a humedad es fuerte y las camas tenían pelo y manchas. No entra ruido de afuera. Para pasar la noche no está mal. Está súper bien ubicado, realmente fue lo más que me gustó. La accesibilidad de llegar a todos los lugares súper rápido.

As expected for a Saturday night (was a stopover) it was the last room below €200/night aside hostels in Venice. Tiny room that smelled of humidity with a non working reverse aircon, so cold and very uncomfortable room more alike a jail cell 😂
