루네타 호텔 & 스파

주변 지역이 모두 그런듯 오래된건물이며 호텔 건물은 비교적 깔끔하나, 전체적으로 가격대비 객실 퀄리티가 떨어짐 객실이 좁고 창문이 거의 없다시피해서 답답함

I had 17nights travel with my boyfriend. It was last hotel we stay. I chose this hotel has spa. They sent pdf file but i didnt read it. When i book hotels.com homepage i didnt know i have to pay 15 euro for spa per person . The hotel was located in pretty uncomfortable are with public transfer from FCO airport and we arrived hotel 8:00pm the reception very old guy had really bad hospitality! My boyfriend is italian he spoke italian but he answered french and when my boyfriend asked something his answer was joke to make guest fool. But the bell boy and other staff showed amazing services. Breakfast was nothing special compare with other 4 star hotel! Because i am traveler using hotel over one month a year. I wont stay here again! Last year 3 star august hotel was better and cheaper. 로마오시는분 위치 편한 3성급 저렴한곳 가세요 여기 피로풀려고 왔는데 스파도 돈 따로내야하고 공항에서 교통 불편하고 아침 식사도 허접하고 방은 지하에 같인것 같고 방음안되요 대부분 직원 서비스가 사성급 교육 받은듯

I have been charged TWICE. I will be back in Rome on the 17th and will claim this. On the 3rd of dicember I was charged and then afain when I checked out.

Excellent well located hotel with superbly attentive staff

Very nice hotel, with the most amazing staff. Walking distance to everywhere! Would definitely recommend it.

I have mixed feelings about this property. I do not think the hotel should be allowed to place customers in rooms with construction happening directly outside. By directly outside I mean there was scaffolding and workers inches away from our window - hammering, sawing, shouting from morning until past 5:30pm. The exterior shutters were inoperable and there was essentially no natural light. The windows could be opened, but that would expose you to dust and more noise. Instead of being able to relax after traveling all day, we felt trapped and claustrophobic. It was so bad we even tried looking for other accommodations at twice the cost, but they refused to refund us. They did move us to another room the next night, but the overall experience and the attitude we received from some of the front desk personnel when requesting a room change left us with a bad taste.

Amazing stay for our first time in Rome. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean and modern also. Amazing location.

Love it! Stunning room, friendly staff, Lucca was so service oriented. Really good breakfast, I felt like a Queen. Sadly I have no time to use the Spa, but looking forward to come back. The nice detail on Halloween day (room candies) was a really good touch.

Great location near Palazzo Navona. Easy walk to many great attractions and great bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top bar was fine. Nice and clean rooms although a little small bit that’s what you get for being in such great historic buildings. Would use this hotel again.

This place was a hidden gem that I couldn't get enough of. We had a mishap with our luggage which unfortunately didn't make it with us. The staff went above and beyond to track the luggage and make arrangements. They were all so kind and amazing and that goes for the entire staff. They would always greet you and were so kind. We loved the daily breakfast and delicious coffee. The place was beautiful and within walking distance to everything. We will absolutely be back.

The location is great. We were offered a coffee during check in and they gladly stored our bags while we explored.

This is a hidden gem! Perfect location to walk to many of the attractions. Only a short 15 min ride to the Vatican. The breakfast was complimentary and was so good, best hotel buffet we have ever had. The staff was polite and courteous, and a bonus for us most spoke English. Highly recommend Hotel Lunetta for your Rome visit!
