친절한 리셉션!

Me quedé dos días , el primero por un retraso con los problemas de tren, iba a llegar tarde y no contestaron nunca como podía hacer check in , después del horario habitual, por lo que tuve que esperar a las 6 am a que estuviera una persona y ya me dio mi habitación , el segundo día que me hospedé , llegué temprano y todo bien, solo que no me dejaron desayunar , me dijeron que hasta las 7.30, eran las 7 y ya estaba una persona preparando todo y bien me podía haber dejado entrar por algún café o jugo, pero no fue así, muchas veces las personas que utilizamos hotel , dejamos las habitaciones temprano para ir a otros destinos , no es un hotel que la gente se quede todo el día a disfrutar de sus instalaciones , es muy tarde servir desayunos hasta las 7.30

The area around the hotel was not the best in terms of feelings and looks. It looked real shady and we did not feel safe walking around. The hotel itself wasn't that great either. We had someone randomly knock on or door around 11;30pm and did not answer back when I asked, "who is it?" The room was musty and moldy in smell. I would not recommend staying here. The breakfast provided in the morning was the highlight of the stay here.

L'hôtel est bien situé près de la gare et du métro c'est son point fort. Cependant le 3 étoiles n'est pas mérité. Les chambres sont très petites et vieillissantes. Le lit a grince toute la nuit et la clim faisait un bruit infernal.

Arrived to the location from train station. Needed to visit the cruise terminal and the hotel was a perfect distance from train station and cruise terminal to be able to walk to either. The location seemed alot nicer in the pictures.

Minha estadia em Genova ficou perfeita graças ao hotel. Obrigada pelo ótimo atendimento… Perfeito

For a cruise tripp perfekt

The early morning staff (gentleman) was a bit short and not nice. I am guessing because we arrived at 4:30 am due to flight delays. After standing outside ringing a door bell for maybe 20 minutes. He asked "why didn't you use the bell" I guess that question was because I knocked on a back door or window and it woke him up. The elevator can only hold two people and two small suitcase. I could image during the day, it won't be available. Luckly it is only 6 floors. This place will not work for disabled or handicap people at all. The room was clean but both beds had stained on dust cover or comforter. The window was left open (without a screen) and there were a collection of flying bugs (moths and mosquitoes) The shower was a closet 38 inch (96cm) cube. I am 6'2 (187cm) and 260 (118km). So I could not bent over or raise my arms in the shower closet. The water came out of the shower head has a very light mist. The best part was it is a short walk to the cruise ship docks and the normal front desk receptionist (women) was lovely and nice.

Sorpresa piacevolmente...camera ristrutturata e pulita con letto super comodo...Doccia moderna plurisoffioni...vicino al mare che alla stazione ferroviaria Genova Principe...e autorimessa in zona ... quando tornerò a Genova prenoterò sicuramente qui...
