깨끗한 객실과 운동하기 좋은 편의시설, 그리고 인근에 가까운 마트까지 아주 좋은 호텔

The hotel room is too small to put one double bed and one single bed. The lay out is very inconvenient. The toilet and the bathroom are in the separate room and it makes bathroom smaller. I expected American style hotel but it was not. However, the staffs are very kind and helpful. Easy to get to Tokyo Big Sight by walking.

I had to make a last-minute reservation and check in on the same day, but the front desk staff was very kind and explained the situation in detail, allowing me to check in without any issues. I was also very grateful for the help I received in signing up for Hilton Honors. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. The lounge was nice and had a comfortable atmosphere. I would like to thank the front desk staff again for their assistance.

The room was too small and the location is not great. I know there are two stations next to the hotel but still its far from the centre and you need to change trains quite often. Also for a family please avoid as room will be very cramped, no matter what the hotel says. Also no shopping nearby except a 7/11 so you have to walk to ariake mall which is some distance. Overall try looking at other options if you are coming to see Tokyo. Wouldnt stay here again.

The staff were the most terrible experience, i was surprise this is a Hilton brand. Requested for towels and was promised immediate delivery but waited for an hour despite multiple reminders and promises to deliver towels immediately. Needed towel for my baby before heading for breakfast buffet, was denied breakfast buffet due to being late from waiting for the towel. Staff was very passive aggressive as well all the time when we requested for baby bath tub and requested delivery at 1pm and leave at desk, staff was very unhappy that we put "do not disturb" and hence was not able to put the baby bath tub in our room despite us agreeing on the phone that we will pick it up from the reception after 1pm. Overall, honestly I picked Doubletree thinking it is a good brand and will have a good experience but was very disappointed by the service. Most importantly, this is Japan's service which supposed to have a higher bar but this was the most disappointing hilton experience ever (I had better experience in other countries, what a shame)

チェックイン時急な人数変更にもすぐに対応してくださり助かりました。 部屋も施設もとても満足で3泊ゆっくり過ごすことができました。 一つだけコーヒーかアイスクリームのサービスがあると伺いラウンジに向かったのですがそこはヒルトン会員の営業の場… 理解していない客はちょっと騙されたような不信感が残るかと思います。 サービスの時にそんな話をされる旨を伝えるべきかと強く感じました。

Wonderful location with an excellent breakfast!

This is a great location, directly connected to the train station. The hotel has convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself is very clean.
