가격은 좀비싸지만 음식맛있고 서비스좋아요 테라스온천 최고. 다만 메인 대중탕은 협소한편이에요

예약할때부터 료칸측에서 이메일로 꼼꼼하게 체크하고 피드백을 줘서 고마웠다 그리고 하코네역에서 등산열차를타고 고라역까지 가야하지만, 일단 역앞 온천안내소에 료칸이름과 예약자이름만 대면 무료셔틀은 언제든지 불러줬다. 료칸은 정말 아름답고 훌륭한곳이었고, 로비에서부터 배려와 친절이 넘쳤다.이곳 스태프들은 진심으로 서비스와 일을 하는것이 느껴져서 인상적이었다. 설명도 꼼꼼하게 해주시고 개인욕실은 사진보다도 더훌륭했으며 저녁식사 아침식사도 개별방에서 코스로 정성스럽게 나온다. 부모님이 너무 좋아하셨고 기회가된다면 꼭 또가고싶은곳이다.

처음 예약할땐 금액때문에 약간 망설였지만, 여행 중 만족도 최고입니다. 픽업서비스나 식사품질, 발코니에서 바라보는 뷰가 정말 후회 없이 5점입니다. 메인데스크에 한국어 능숙한분 계시고, 담당서버도 영어 잘하시고 친절하셨어요.

This hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. A Well staffed unique hotel. You’ll get the Japanese experience for breakfast and dinner, kimono and pajamas included. We had our very own Onsen.

Amazing food, with a true tasting menu experience at dinner and an almost equally impressive spread at breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, supporting us throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend it, especially for the in-room onsen, which made the experience even more special.

Beautiful hotel, immaculately clean and wonderful service. Rooms are a great size, with the most spectacular views. The in-room onsen is a wonderful facility We stayed for 3 nights and although we had dinner as part of our package chose to eat in Gora two nights as the dinner, whilst beautifully presented and a really special occasion, felt quite rich to eat similar food on multiple occasions Overall a really special place to stay

Charming place, all is perfect

Staff treated us with the utmost care, my partner and I almost felt out of place since we weren't used to such attention to detail. We really felt comfortable in our private bath and the food was very delicious with different varieties. I definitely recommend Gora hanougi for anyone seeking a top level ryokan.

Our stay at Gora Hanaougi was exceptional from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, but what truly made the experience stand out was the staff. Every interaction felt warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always anticipating our needs with a level of service that felt both personal and effortless. The attention to detail throughout the stay from check-in to dining was impressive, and the hospitality felt very authentic.

There are no words to describe how wonderful this hotel is and the staff is beyond exceptional. The in room onsen is worth every penny. We will be back!

This property is amazing, I already want to go back. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and have everything you need. The amenities are awesome and smell wonderful. The private outside hot springs Onsen was heaven, we used it every morning and every night. It was chilly outside but our room was warm, beds were comfy. The staff is incredible, always there to help or guide you to whatever you need. The meals are absolutely delicious, and there is a lot of food. Traditional robes (provided) must be worn for meals. Please note, meals are traditional Japanese meals, seafood, rice etc. We saw many plates from other guests not even touched. This made us sad as the chef prepared gorgeous meals and some people didn’t even try them. We tried and ate everything, as it was delicious and we knew what to expect. The server for our party of 4 was so lovely. She made sure we had everything we needed. She served us for our entire stay and she made our meals so enjoyable. The staff always knew when we were coming or going, and our shoes were ready for us, or someone was there to hold the door. There is nice lounge for coffee in the morning, or just to sit. The hotel smells amazing too. I can’t express how lovely this place is. We did use the public baths, we had our own, but I am sure they are as lovely as this hotel. We would and probably will stay here again, it is that wonderful. If you go be prepared to be treated and fed like a king/queen!

This ryokan was the perfect place to kick off our two week honeymoon in Japan. We spent three nights at Gora Hanagoui and felt more relaxed than we’ve been in years. It’s a beautiful hotel well located right on the Hakone loop. The views from the room are breathtaking and being on Floor 1 made you feel like you were in the garden while still seeing the mountains. Both the private onsen and public were an oasis. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious. There is so much care and attention to detail by the staff, it was a true pleasure to stay here. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Authentic Ryokan experience with amazing service, food and amenities.

Very relaxing stay in superb accommodation.

Got treated like honoured guests when we arrived at check-in time 3pm. Room on the second floor, with a private onsen was beautiful. Service was fantastic and food was very good. Very close to the cable car station too. Would recommend for a romantic stay.

This ryokan was incredible. The staff could not have been more kind. If you are booking with board (food) keep an open mind and enjoy the experience of traditional Japanese food and service. It is truly unforgettable. The in room onsen is wonderful, the amenities are excellent. You are provided clothing for dinner and sleeping. TV has Netflix. In room bathroom of course, refrigerator and Nespresso. They have their own private elevator to the ropeway station! It's 5 minutes from the hotel. They also have massage services for extra fee. Highly recommend

If you want a truly Japanese experience pick this hotel for two nights. The rooms are very nice. Have a private small onsen pool, the public onsen is great and the food is a high end Japanese dinner with many different flavors. We loved it.
