고라 칸수이로

너무나 만족스러웠어요 멋진 노천탕에 훌륭한 개인 욕실, 맛있는 요리와 친절한 직원들로 집보다 더 편안하게 쉬었어요. 고라역에서 가까워 참 좋았습니다

직장 동료들과 출장 중에 들렸습니다. 오래된 숙소이지만, 관리는 잘 된 편인 것 같습니다. 직원분들은 친절했고, 카이세키는 취향을 좀 타겠지만 무난했습니다. (물렁거리는거, 비린거, 날 것 싫어하면 좀 어려울 듯) 야외 온천은 남, 녀가 구분되어 있었고 매 24시간마다 남, 녀탕은 바꿔서 운영합니다. 일본 숙소 특성상 여름엔 벌레가 좀 있을 것 같고, 겨울엔 추울 수도 있겠지만, 봄 가을은 좋을 것 같습니다.

아기는 대욕장 이용을 못한다는데 사전고지가 없었다 개인탕이 있는 방이어서 큰 불편은 없었으나 기본방이었으면 화났을듯 가이세키도 식당에서 이용해야한다 맛은좋았고 친절했으나 개선할 필요 있음

넓은 정원과 이쁜노천탕,박물관급 오래된 실내탕,오래된 건물은 일본스러움이 묻어난 아름다운 곳이다. 이불과,코타츠이불이 좀 더러웠고 객실내 식사인줄 알았는데 아니여 실망했다.예약시 식사장소부분을 확실하게 했으면 좋겠다. 가이세키요리와 아침식사는 훌륭했다. 오신다면 추천할만하다

Very old ryokan. Facilities are surprisingly old and little bit uncomfortable. However all staffs are very kind and foods are really good.

The balance of tradition, comfort, and quiet refinement is impeccable. What we will remember most is the kindness—the feeling that every interaction was sincere, unhurried, and rooted in care. Gora Kansuiro is not just a place to stay; it is an experience of Japanese hospitality at its finest. We are deeply grateful and hope to return one day.

It was clean and nice . Not super luxury . The check out time was ridiculously early

Lieu traditionnel hors du temps et magnifique. Personnel tres gentil et accueillant. Les 3 bains sont très relaxant. Une expérience inoubliable. Atmosphère tres authentique nous espérons revenir tres bientôt.

Un Riokan muy peculiar, cómodo y muy atentos todos. Nos proporcionaron los kimonos para vivir una experiencia muy japonesa. Muy rica la comia y es un hotel cerca del museo al aire libre.

It was very relaxing stay

建築物、雰囲気、お料理、スタッフの対応、全てが素晴らしい。このまま後世まで残してほしい。

Super séjour dans ce Ryokan, un voyage dans le temps. Le repas était parfait et correspondait à nos attentes, très bon, varié. Le service était excellent, la personne (malheureusement j'ai oublié son prénom) était plus qu'au top, un excellent Anglais, très sympathique. Tout le personnel était au top, on aurait du rester une nuit de plus. Le lieu par contre nécessite un peu plus d'entretien mais c'est propre. Bref, si un voyage dans le japon d'antant vous intéresse, il faut y aller. Par contre Hakoné, bof, trop touristique, un parcours trop fléché sans voiture.

We had the most amazing and elaborate Japanese set dinner and breakfast. Hotel staff were attentive and the garden path was lovely however the property could be better maintained specially given the price charged.

I stayed 2 nights at Gora Kansuiro as a solo traveler, in July and I absolutely loved my stay! The staff were very friendly and professional. I even got to practice my broken japanese with some of them. The ryoukan is very traditional, which is the charm, and entire reason i loved it so much. It might not be for you if you have bad knees or back, as sitting on tatami mats an sleeping on futons could be uncomfortable for you, just something to consider. My room «Sakura» had a view of the gardens, and a private onsen bath. I had a dip in my private onsen bath every time I got home from sightseeing, and in the evenings before going to bed, and it really rejuvenates you. Also, I was allowed in public bath with my two full tattoo sleeves, which was a refreshing change from everywhere else i have been so far! The outdoor bath is highly recommended in the late evening when it is dark outside. Both dinner and breakfast were traditional japanese cuisine. Everything was delicious, and the Wagyu was maybe the best thing I have tasted in my entire life. The gardens are absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend taking a stroll in the early morning. The placement is great, near Gora Station and the ropeway. I can not recommend this place enough, and might come back here next time i visit Hakone.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The traditional rooms are lovely. Some bits feel a little dated but it is part of the charm. The staff are fantastic! They were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was unbelievably good. A traditional kaiseki meal every night with exquisite fish that I would never get the opportunity to try elsewhere. We both loved the outdoor onsen. It was really relaxing after a day out and about. The gardens were beautiful too. The place felt like a little piece of calm and relaxation, with the addition of excellent food.
