객실관리, 직원들의 친절함은 물론 음식 맛이 너무 훌륭했음

정말 힐링되는 좋은곳이었습니다 너무너무 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 너무좋고 요청한부분도 다 들어주셔서 감사했습니다 노천탕도 좋아서 피로가 말끔하게 사라졌어요~ 음식도 다 맛있었고 간식도 맥주도 무제한 프리여서 그것또한 좋았습니다 또 가고싶네요~^^

Looking back, we wished we would have stayed a bit longer as it was so relaxing in the middle of a crazy trip. We stayed two nights and could have done more. One night in a place like this isn't enough as you don't have time to enjoy the property. Easy location from the station and walkable- but there is a hill! We loved the great location and we got a big room with a patio with a tub- it looked towards the mountains and although on the third floor, they make sure that the rooms are private- we didn't hear anyone else use their patio. There are slim pickings in this area for dinner and typically fill up, so even though we were out and about, we wished we would have booked the dinner ahead of time as they were booked and unable to get us in once we arrived. They were a bit stand offish as we arrived ahead of check-in time, and didn't really feel welcome to sit in the lobby, but it was pouring rain when we got there and were soaked so it was a bit hectic. They spoke great english to help us that don't know the language so that is always a very helpful amenity. The breakfast was huge with a lot of food, and we loved being able to use the robes around the property.

Clean area and extremely friendly staff. They were able to store our luggage post-check out which was great to take advantage of Hakone sightseeing. Forewarning, this is very close to the train station but you have to go up hill to get there!

It might be unclear for some travelers to understand some services there. But I really recommend you to reach out to hotel staff for understanding. You might get great experiences there.

What a great hotel. Surprises at every turn. If I ever return to Japan I’m staying here and nowhere else. Awesome spot!

What an amazing stay we had! The property is just beautiful, the room is so spacious and comfortable, the meals were abundant and delicious, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the in-room open air onsen as well as the variety of private onsen on the property (great for when I wanted an early soak while husband was still sleeping). Parking was provided on the property as well, which was so convenient. I would recommend Suiun to anyone and would gladly stay here again!

A lovely experience from start to finish. Peaceful and relaxed, with wonderful service. The room was beautiful and breakfast was sensational.

Amazing!

Absolutely amazing stay! Great hospitality/staff and the kaiseki dinner is just out of this world. We were hesitant at first because of the steep price but it is worth every penny. The room is very spacious with every amenity you can think of PLUS ensuite onsen. It is essentially a Japanese resort you can relax and truly enjoy the experience. Will definitely come back with family again!

An incredible stay - perfect!

Toda a staff foi muito atenciosa e gentil. O quarto era super espaçoso, o maior que ficamos durante nossa viagem. Os onsens são maravilhosos, acabamos nem usando a banheira do quarto porque os onsens publico e privados eram perfeitos. Tudo perfeito! Super recomendamos o Suiun.
