The owner of this hotel seems to be Chinese, therefore the breakfast was mix of continental and Chinese breakfast. The breakfast was not good. (no butter, toaster burning toast). There was music played outside the room which was very noisy and the other guests had absolutely no respect for others. The only thing nice about this place was nice staffs at the reception. Overall, the stay was not satisfying.

It was clean and gave good service.

Nice people, breakfast is not bad. Facilities are a little old though.

I stayed here for 9 days. HORRIBLE. First of all, the elevators smelled like feet all damn day long. Secondly, the sinks look visibly dirty. So the first day that I got here, I noticed that and brought it up to the receptionist who told me that the manager said the sinks were clean. I went back to the room and the sink was dirty still visibly dirty. I later came to realize that the sink have a dirty stain on them so no matter how much they’re cleaned, they’d still look dark and dirty. Next problem is the bathroom. The door was broken so my husband could not get into the shower. Is this not something that should be looked at before assigning a room to a paying guest? We got moved to another room and YES, the sink was still dirty looking. No AC so good luck if you are not from Kenya and not used to the heat. No robes, no slippers, no shower cap… basically they provide NOTHING. You will have to call reception if you need something and that to me is such an inconvenience. They do not change the bedding so this is also something you’ll have to request by placing some green placard on your bed. Don’t get me started on the food! I will absolutely not be returning here and I do not recommend this place at all!

I liked the exemplary reception I was accorded. It was great. I liked how the first cook showed me around/how to get started with serving breakfast. Other cooks just kept staring. I was stunned in the morning to pay Kshs 2000 for breakfast yet it said it was included. What do these terms mean “breakfast included, breakfast available “? I would give it excellent if not for the breakfast which I felt robbed of.

Location good, cockcroaches in my room + got water leakage from the toilet roof top. ok hotel but stuff especially security at gate seems to be demorolized and underpaid.. too much asking for money.. irritating guys especially those in night shift. bed is very good and hard my favourite. Asked for 2 hrs late checkout and they said system will not allow although I told am gold member.. Chinese owned hotel in Africa

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Fruits left as a welcome, very nice. Beds are super comfortable. It’s nice place but 30 minutes away From airport. Bathroom can use a better cleaning.

Vi havde 2 overnatninger. Sengen var så hård, at det var som at ligge på gulvet. Vi manglede håndklæder ved ankomst. På 2 dagen spiste vi på hotellet. Ventede 1,5 time på min mad og så var tilbehøret endda koldt. Det var nok pga den store fest der var på hotellet, som ligeledes holdte os vågen til 01.00 selvom vi boede på 8 sal. Hotellet er ligeledes slidt og på ingen måder et 4 stjernet hotel. Kan ikke anbefale at overnatte her.
