Excellent hotel. Very kind staffs to satisfy customers. Good safety in stay. I used airport shuttle service (30 usd per person per way). I satisfied the service well.

I booked queen size bed but two singled bed room was provided. Facility was ok but hotel location was in too much crowded area so it was not easy to move on time due to traffic congestion. I should have waited so long time to get my lunch in ground area and staff at the bar was not so friendly. I booked transportation to the airport but it wasn't booked when I double checked later.

Comparing to other hotels that I've tried during the biz trip in Africa, Sarova Stanley is one of the top ones, I guess. Or course, the price is set a bit higher if you think of any hotel in Europe of US; the condition of the room is also not perfectly satisfying. But,this is Africa. Every service targeting foreigners or upper class is very, very expensive, even tho the labor cost and cost of living is much cheaper than other regions. + Good location, high level of security, nice room, clean towels, comfortable bed, 24-hr restaurant in the ground floor which is good for biz travellers, nice pool, 3 good restaurants, massage, souvenir shop - VERY SLOW service, interior of the room (a bit old fashioned), broken TV (I am not a TV fan, so it was not a problem)

it is located at the central and has 24hr restaurant on 1st floor. the room was clean and cozy.

I was surprised to find this very historical hotel in the heart of Nairobi. Small lobby was quite impressive with historical items decorated here and there. Quite British like decoration. The breakfast was good but the chairs were not very comfortable to enjoy the food. Hotel rooms were of course not new but spacious and comfortable. I and my colleague had a great stay in this hotel! Unless you prefer a luxurious decoration, it is a very good hotel.

호텔이 전통이 있어 좋으나 신식 건물이 아니어서 조금은 그렇지만 케냐에서는 최고급호텔로 알아주니 그런대로 만족,,, 다만 위생은 안 좋음,,예를들어 커피포트안에 물을 채워뒀는데 얼마나 뒀었는지 몰라도 금속부분에 먼지가 눌러 앉아있어 사용못했고, 화장실에서 벌레가 나왔음

I was sorry for staying just one night. There are many facilities that in good condition and food was very good. Staffs are very nice. Room was clean. Airport pick up service was comfortable(but expensive). I would stay Sarova Stanley if I visit kenya later even the cost is a little bit expensive.

Wonderful hotel with attentive and friendly staff.

Lovely historic hotel in the centre of Nairobi. We had a club room which gave us access to the 1902 Lounge. The service from the hotel staff was excellent and we had a great history tour of the hotel from Maxwell, who was very knowledgeable. It was a very memorable stay.

The Sarova Stanley hotel was an absolute delight! We spent a night here, eagerly anticipating our morning connection via Safarilink. Our stay could have been even longer, but it was so great that we didn’t want it to end. Raechel and Paul, our friendly staff, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They helped us check in a bit past midnight, even though it was a bit late. They also created a wake-up call to ensure we had enough time to grab breakfast before our 6:45 am departure. We’ll definitely make it a point to stay here again on our next visit.

Nice swimming pool still can be used after checked out which was really helpful to wait.

Very clean and excellent service. It is in the core area and you feel a bit noisy otherwise we really had an excellent stay!! Staff are very polite and service oriented.

I wouldn’t consider thisba 5 star hotel I will consider it to be a 3 star its very old missing alot of amenities need some major upgrades good place if you want to be in the heart of Nairobi but overall a 3 star

Our stay at the Sarova Stanley was great. The staff was helpful and thoughtful. For example, a team member saw me walking in the hall in socks, briefly and provided slippers. The decor gives a sense of its colonial roots and the restaurants offer a great variety of Kenyan, South Asian and other cuisine. The bathrooms could use an update. The only major complaint was getting someone to get phone working. I had to text a manager to assist after 3 verbal requests. Despite this, a lovely hotel in a fascinating city.

The quality of service and facilities, definitely 5%

Sarova is a beautiful property. But what makes it exceptional is the staff - they are beyond excellent. Their service is outstanding. This property is highly recommended for visitors to Nairobi.
