KSL 바로 옆에 위치해서 걸어서 3분이면 KSL 쇼핑센터에 갈 수 있습니다. 그리고 호텔은 깨끗하고 시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절합니다. 호텔 음식은 로컬 느낌이 강하긴 하지만 음식의 맛은 괜찮은 편입니다. 호텔 평점이 높은 이유에 맞게 전체적으로 다 좋았습니다. 다만 호텔 옆에 고층 건물 공사를 하고 있어서 호텔방에서 보이는 뷰의 반이 공사현장으로 가려집니다.

Quite nice hotel for both biz or family trip

수영장만 좋고 위치는 별로. 주변환경도 너무 로컬이고, 왠만한 관광지가 다 아래에 있어서 맨날 이동. 첫날 묵었던 아마리 호텔이 위치, 시설 모든 것이 나음. JB 스퀘어 쪽 호텔이 훨씬 좋은듯.

가격대비 훌륭한 컨디션의 호텔입니다! 직원들이 친절하고 호텔도 깔끔합니다 다만 와이파이가 느려요ㅠㅠ 정말 답답해 죽을뻔 그래도 가격대비 훌륭해서 다음에 조호바루 방문 할 일이있다면 또 방문할꺼같아요 KSL몰 근처에 있는게 가장 좋은점인긋!

위치 시설 청결도 모두 좋았음 특히 수영장은 너무 좋았음

주변에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있어서 음식점과 편이용품 구매에 좋았습니다.

KSL mall 부근이라 음식점과 편이 시설이 많아서 좋았습니다. 특히 25층 수영장에서 보는 야경이 멋있었습니다.

The only issue will be the bath tub that water drainage not smooth enough that caused water to stay inside the tub.

この辺りでは1番良いホテルかなと。 食事、買い物は便利ですし、目の前のホテルよりも綺麗です。 タイミングによっては1万円以下ですし、コスパは良いホテルですね。従業員のサービス、室内の清潔度は良いレベルです。

Wrong Room Number Given on Key Card: Upon check-in, I was assigned Room #1914, but the front desk wrote the wrong number #1913 on my key card. As a result, I was unable to access the room and instead tried to open another guest’s room #1913. To my great embarrassment, that guest opened the door, thinking someone was attempting to enter. Room Key Cards Stopped Working: Aug 13, when we got back to hotel at night, both room keys suddenly stopped working. I had to travel from the 19th floor to the ground floor to get them replaced. The front desk issued new keys, but they still failed. I then had to call for help and wait for staff to come up and fix the lock before I could re-enter my room. As of today, there has been no response from the Holiday Villa Management after repeated attempts.

I like staying in this hotel every time I come in. Clean, quiet, convenient and good service

Good location near shopping mall and eateries.

Room is clean and comfortable. There are lots of eateries and shopping.

Hotel is not bike friendly. The only carpark for bikes is at a road side below the hotel. If you want to park at the hotel, you need to pay 20rm per day! Means if u stay for 3 days, u need to pay 60rm!! That's even more expensive than a car and heck car can park for free if u stay there. I was constantly worried about my bike the whole stay and there's 1 time it was shifted by someone. Felt really unsafe. The toilet does not drain properly. The shower is in the bathtub and it was slippery to get down frm it and the floor right beside the bathtub pooled water. The toiletries like body soap, shampoo and conditioner was too little. Need to ask for more. The wardrobe doors was unable to open close properly. The lighting for the room was good with natural light but at night it was too dimmed. Not enough lighting. Other than that, the cleanliness was good and the breakfast spread was up to standard. They had an infinity pool with a view which is nice.

Holiday Villa Johor Bahru was situated at a good location, whereby just across the street is the KSL mall and also along the road there are a few eateries and massage shops throughout the day🙂🙂🙂. Room and facilities at the hotel are spacious and clean. Not to forget to the housekeeper who clean the Room 1228 for the period 27th July to 28th July 2025. Thank you for all the staffs who make the stay here a pleasant trip😘😘😘. We will be coming back here again whenever we coming in to Johor. Breakfast buffet was quite standard and I like the ambience and the varieties of foods that was available. Good job to the management and to all staffs at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru👍👍👍
