객실 컨디션이 아주 좋았고, 바다뷰가 아름다웠습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 주차 관련으로 추가 요금이 있지만 발렛파킹을 해줘서 편리하게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 프론트 직원 Naseri가 특히 친절했습니다.

Thanks to Expedia, I had stayed merrily at a really great hotel. I sincerely thank you Expedia. Hilton Malta was the best of best. When I first checked in, I told them I had been to Sicily, and Jessie, the staff member who said she was from Sicily, was very kind and explained the room and gave my wife & me a warm impression. I also remember the humor and kindness of the servers at the fifth floor bar. However, the reason I did not give the highest score for room cleanliness and staff service was because of one carelessness. The room 830 cleaning staff did not clean the room properly on the last day (Sunday, April 6th). They also forgot the two hand towels that they change every day, so I called to ask to bring two towels by phone, but nobody came for over 20 minutes, so I could not wait and went down to the bar. I was disappointed even though I left 2 euros as a tip for the room cleaning every day. If it weren't for that problem, I would rate it as a super perfect hotel of the highest level. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hilton Malta to my friends. Thank you again.

친절한 스탭들과 깨끗한 시설. 기회가 된다면 다시 방문하고 싶음.

여러 수영장이 있었는데 그 중 가장 큰 수영장의 물이 너무 미지근했습니다. 더위를 피하려고 물에 들어가도 시원하지 않았습니다. 그리고 냉장고의 퍼스널공간이 너무 적었고, 시원하지도 않았습니다.그러나 그외의 것들은 다 좋았습니다. 직원들의 응대는 정말 최고였습니다. There are five or six pools. during them most biggest pool is for kids, but this pool's water temperature was not cool. so I couldn't feel any cool even very hot weather.And in refrigerator, personal area was so small and not cool. But except these, other things are very good,especialy steps were very excellent and kind for us.

객실이 현대적이였으며 어른2에 청소년이 묵기에 부족하지않는 더블사이즈 침대가 2개라 편리했습니다 조식은 몰타에 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 비교적 깔끔하고 즉석요리들이 있어서 훌륭했습니다 주문하면 만들어다 주시는 몇가지 메뉴들도 있으니 참고하시면 좋을듯요!! 여유있게 호텔에서 보내기에 좋았습니다

View가 정말 좋고 수영장이 청결하고 잘 관리되고 있으며 작원들도 상당히 친절함

지내는 동안 너무 편안했습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고 최고의 전경을 가진 호텔입니다.

만족한 여행

시설, 서비스 등은 만족스럽지만 특별한 메리트가 있는 건 아닙니다. 정원뷰는 기대 이하였어요.

It’s important to pay more attention to the professional training of the hotel staff. For example pool staff and front desk. I would like to specifically highlight the appalling lack of professionalism, rudeness, and complete inattentiveness to guests displayed by the pool staff member. Already 6 years we come here every year and He is always the perfect example of a square peg in a round hole for this job.

Room was cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was very good with a fantastic choice. All pools and their surrounding areas were very clean

Bear in mind that outside of peak (hot) season, the hotel does not allow you to control the aircon in your room! The thermostat in my room did not work during my Spring 2026 stay. Reception confirmed that the temperature is centrally controlled outside of Summer and guests cannot adjust their room aircon manually. Something I have never seen in a 5* hotel and piss poor. For us, the hotel is one of the most important aspects of a holiday - and a massive part of that is the staff. They are integral to every aspect, and every member of staff we interacted with over 6 days were exemplary. From pre-holiday interactions with Sandro the concierge, check-in, housekeeping, beech/pool staff for towels, food and drinks and most of all, everyone in the exec lounge. Everyone was polite, engaging, friendly - and genuinely made us feel welcome and valued. You normally get a couple of outstanding people you remember, but in this instance - it was simply everyone. In fact, it was this that made us return for our 2nd visit, and rebook a 3rd. The hotel is outstanding. Rooms great, pools awesome, SPA lovely. Loads of facilities. Even when the hotel was at capacity by hosting a conference, the staff were attentive, on-hand and above and beyond. Malta itself is just wonderful. St. Julians is ideally located with easy access to great restaurants and bars, whilst the Hilton retains a "resort" feel, meaning you wouldn't need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to! A sincere thank you to everyone, again - and see you in May 2027!

Could not have expected more. Even the food was great

Breakfast buffet was great, lots of choices. Outdoor pools were nice although it could be crowded at times.

Die gebuchte Halbpension war völlig sinnlos. Das zwar reichlich Frühstück hat den Charm einer Bahnhofshalle im Vollbetrieb. Wer einen gehobenen Standard erwartet wird endtäuscht. Kaffee zur Selbstabholung am Automaten, welche entweder nur teilweise funktionieren oder weder Tassen noch Unterteller vorrätig haben. Häufig bleibt Automatenkaffee im Pappbecher. Das Schlimmste jedoch das Abendessen. Der Service ist völlig überfordert. so dauert es bis man etwas zum Trinken bekommt gerne über eine Stunde. Bis 2 Gänge serviert waren vergingen am Rekordabend zweieinhalb Stunden. Nach drei Versuchen im Restaurant und trotz mehrmaligem Feedback, gelang es Ihnen auch dann noch nicht unseren Tisch mit 6 Personen zu versorgen. Am dritten Abend kamen nach 30 Minuten 4 von 6 Vorspeisen ohne auch nur die Getränke bekommen zu haben. Die Reaktion des Restaurantmanagers war nur laute Gebrüll mit seinem Personal. Ein Kindermenu ist ein trockenes Burger Brötchen mit einem trockenen Gefrierpattie ohne jede Sauße oder auch nur ein Blatt Salat. Auf Ketschup um es überhaupt essen zu können wartet man wieder bis alles kalt ist. Ich hatte das Hotelmanagement angeschrieben, jedoch nicht einmal eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Glück gibt es in der nahen Umgebung reichlich wirklich großartige Restaurants. Alles in allen ist Malta trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub. Das Hilton Hotel ist, wenn auch schon deutlich abgenutzt, akzeptabel. Aber man sollte keinesfalls etwas gehobenes erwarten.

Had a great stay! If you’re looking for a nice resort from which you can easily access all parts of the island, this is a great option. The amenities are great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was excellent.
