I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services is unacceptable !

Sauberes, großes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Buffet sowohl morgens als auch abends, toller Indoor Pool, großes Sportangebot. Wir waren rundum begeistert.

駐車場のシステムに関する説明を除いては、すべて満足です。最終的には駐車場のシステムについても理解できました。ただ、フロントの方が、駐車券の紛失に関する取り扱いに固執しすぎて、実際のオペレーションに関する質問をしても、的確な応えを得られませんでした。実際、別の方に対応してもらったら、オペレーションに関する回答も違ったので、なんだかな、と残念な思いをしました。 これを除くと、天気にも恵まれた旅程となり、ホテルのサービスや食事、イベントなどとても良かったです。

客室は清潔でした。スタッフはいつも笑顔で接してくれました。

Hilton Malta impresses with elegant halls, beautiful facilities, and truly 5‑star breakfast and pools. The location is excellent, offering easy access and great views. However, the rooms feel very basic in both design and amenities, lacking the luxury touches expected at this level. The contrast between the common areas and the rooms is clear, and the price of the stay is extremely high compared to what the rooms actually offer.

Room was good, although thwre was strange thumbing soun from some structural mechanics or furniture banging starting as early as 06:00 until 23:00. My room was 747. Staff was very nice except one person at the reception. When declining my late checkout request, staff added: ‘…but you can still store your luggage here.’ This came across as slightly patronizing — luggage storage is standard worldwide and not a meaningful alternative. With more polished communication the hotel would easily reach true 5-star level.”

Beautiful hotel in an amazing parr of Malta. A wonderful oasis of calm away from the huzzle and buzzle of Malta.

Have stayed at other hotels in the same vicinity and this one was better than the rest by a long way on an counts.

This was my third stay at the hotel this year as well as three stays in 2024 so that shows how much I love staying at the hotel!

The room had a problem with the air conditioning and the hotel had also set a standard temperature of 20 degrees which made the room uncomfortable for sleeping
