We had an issue with the noise from the hotel behind (Santana ) from the cooling tower, we asked to change room at 1.15 in the morning because we couldn’t sleep. We asked for a room at the front, the staff were so helpful with us moving rooms. We have stayed here many times, this is the first time we have had a problem which was the hotel behinds fault not the Mayflower’s.

well situated close to attractions and Bugibba Bus terminal. The hotel is clean,with nice sized rooms and bathroom. The rooftop pool has a great view and I always managed to get a lounge chair. I would recommend staying here

The shower glass exploded due to poor structure support (even though there was nothing hanging from it as we were 5 minutes from checking out) causing glass to go everywhere in the room. When the staff was made aware they tried to charge us (they thought that since we were 2 young girls they could easily pressure us into it) for the damage instead of taking accountability for the the risk this imposed and realizing how badly this could have injured us if were were in the shower while it was happening. The only back down from wanting to charge us after mentioning how badly this looked for them as a hotel caring more about the cost than their customers and how this could have seriously injured us. I strongly suggest the hotel checks all the other showers since this happened out of the blue and could possibly happen again. I also suggest the hotel looks at their morals and values on how to treat customers who are clearly in shock and worried about incidents as such.

The hotel delivers what it says on the website. Great location, friendly staff, clean, new, good gym, good pool with less demand for beds than I expected (1st July for 7 nights), good breakfast, good room. Good price. Noting exceptional. Bottom line:- I would stay again or recommend - it delivers what it says it will deliver 🙂

The room was clean and timely maintained by housekeeping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The outdoor infinity pool and rooftop deck was amazing especially to watch sunsets. It is very centrally located to everything, restaurants and just a 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach.

Rooftop pool was amazing! The hotel was great value for money and nicely located with very helpful staff and nice rooms. The hotel breakfast was a bit of a letdown, at least for the hot food section the quality wasn’t there and there wasn’t a great variety… but I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here a few times and always enjoyed. My only picky point is how useless some of the staff were at the roof top pool. In the past it was always kept clean and tidy with someone going around collecting all the rubbish due to the food orders you can have from the poolside bar plus empty glasses just left for hours either on the floor or on the empty sun beds. Yet staff just standing behind the bar doing nothing.

Oppholdet var greit, men heisen var ødelagt, noe som førte til mye venting både når man skulle inn og ut av hotellet. Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten. Det ligger veldig sentralt, bare en kort bolt tur unna det meste man ønsker å se og oppleve. Selve hotellet var helt ok, men ikke noe spesielt.
Det var også litt skuffende at sengetøyet ikke ble byttet under oppholdet, noe som ikke var helt optimalt. I tillegg mistet jeg badekåpen min på rommet. Vi ga beskjed til hotellet etter utsjekk, men den ble ikke funnet. Det var skuffende

Wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren in diesem Hotel und hatten es sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Deshalb waren wir dieses Mal leider etwas enttäuscht.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Als wir ankamen, war unser Zimmer leider nicht sauber, aber das Team hat sofort reagiert und alles gründlich gereinigt.
Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch das Gefühl, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und in den letzten Jahren wenig modernisiert wurde. Viele Bereiche wirken nicht mehr so gepflegt wie früher.
Auch das Frühstück konnte uns diesmal nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl war deutlich geringer als bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt, der Frühstücksbereich wirkte teilweise nicht besonders sauber und der Kaffee war leider eine Katastrophe.
Schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich viel Potenzial. Dank des tollen Personals hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, würden uns aber wünschen, dass wieder mehr in Pflege, Modernisierung und das Frühstücksangebot investiert wird

Pool mit Top-Blick, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück. Badezimmer ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer allgemein gut und wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Sehr bequemes Bett und passende Kissen.
Top-Lage! Also für 3* mega, ist zu empfehlen.
