Bra frukost. Fantastiskt takpool. Bra skick på rum

Room was clean and bed comfy. Safe was not working, reported it and was told it would be repaired or replaced the next day but this was not the case. Bit disappointed that the pool bar and pool was closed but weather was poor so no mee to swim. Overall great experience and staff are very welcoming.

Other than early morning construction work in the hotel even at the bank Holiday weekend and giving me a different type off room to what I booked, I was happy. Overall a good experience.

We loved staying here. The hotel staff and property were wonderful. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The staff were very helpful with any questions or needs. The property was well kept with a bar and lobby area to relax in after a day of exploring. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from and was an excellent start to the day. The location was close to main bus station for easy access to explore. There were many areas close to dine and shop. Only disappointment was that the pool was being worked on so we were unable to use. Very safe area to stay and we would stay here again.

Riktigt bra hotell, rymliga rum, jättetrevlig personal. Många restauranger inom gångavstånd. Gångavstånd till havet Hotellet har Tak Pool, gym , SPA, pub, Det va 2a gång jag bodde där ich kommer tillbaks 100% snart igen.

Hotel ist alt, Doppelbett ist nur 1,40cm, sehr eng zu zweit, für getrennte Betten wollten 10€ Aufpreis. Fön im Badezimmer war kaputt. Keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Toilettespüle war defekt. Balkon extrem klein. Frühstück schlecht - immer das gleiche, Lebensmittel ungenießbar, schlechte Qualität. Pool war gesperrt.

Helt greit hotell, med litt kjedelig, men praktisk, beliggenhet. Veldig skuffet over at svømmebassenget på taket var under reparasjon, noe vi ikke hadde fått informasjon om på forhånd. Renholdet kunne vært bedre på rommet. God og variert frokost. Ok senger og balkong. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Ikke veldig mye spennende å se i nærområdet, men lett tilgang på offentlig kommunikasjon og Bolt.

The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. When I arrived my room had twin beds, but they were able to change them to a double for an additional €10, which I appreciated. However, there were building works taking place during my stay that I was not informed about before booking. The noise started between 6–7 AM each morning and the walls were vibrating, which meant I was woken up early every day and didn’t have a very restful sleep. The construction also continued throughout the day. I understand it may be the off-season, but I would have appreciated being informed beforehand as I would have chosen a different hotel. Additionally, the rooftop pool was closed on one of the days, which happened to be the sunniest day of my stay, which also wasn’t advertised until I went up to the rooftop. The gym was quite dark as it is located in the basement which made it feel a bit off-putting. Overall the hotel was okay and the staff were friendly, but the lack of notice about the construction and facilities did affect the experience.

They were undersized (providing minimal coverage) and had a noticeable unpleasant odor. Appliances: The in-room refrigerator was broken. Despite reporting this to staff, who promised to contact maintenance, the issue was never addressed. After 48 hours without a follow-up, we stopped requesting assistance. Facilities & Service Staff: The team was generally friendly, though the lack of follow-through on maintenance requests suggests a breakdown in internal communication. Breakfast: The breakfast was excellent and stood out as a highlight of the stay. Pool & Parking: While the pool was open, it was unheated. On-site parking is available but difficult to navigate and not ideally designed. Noise & Location As we visited during the off-season, there was active construction on the premises. A very nice reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast was really good and the overall layout works very well. Although the view looked out over other buildings we had very good sea views in the gaps. We will certainly stay there again.

qualidade vs preço - ok

Clean rooms well appointed. Nice hotel situated close to amenities. Ample free parking close by. Good choice of fresh breakfast buffet. There was building work on hotel opposite which woke us at 7 each morning but that was no fault of the Mayflower. Pool closed as we went in winter, but it looks nice. Great staff, all very helpful and pleasant!

Hotel nuevo y limpio. Las camas cómodas y muy bien en general. El desayuno bueno aunque poco variado. Lo peoyes que están de obras y hacen ruido desde temprano. La piscina con excelentes vistas.

All good great value

Excellent staff who were very helpful. Lovely room and facilities. The hotel is really good value and with good location. Good transport link to get anywhere. Let down on the day before leaving only by the cleaning of the room which was not done despite calling reception to say that we'd accidently broken a glass and the floor needed cleaning for safety reasons. We cleaned as best as we could but very wary of stepping on tiny glass shards.

The room was always clean.
