From moment we arrived we felt at home. Staff were really friendly and made sure that whatever was needed was dealt with. Would certainly return.

Rooftop pool was amazing! The hotel was great value for money and nicely located with very helpful staff and nice rooms. The hotel breakfast was a bit of a letdown, at least for the hot food section the quality wasn’t there and there wasn’t a great variety… but I would definitely stay again!

Stayed here a few times and always enjoyed. My only picky point is how useless some of the staff were at the roof top pool. In the past it was always kept clean and tidy with someone going around collecting all the rubbish due to the food orders you can have from the poolside bar plus empty glasses just left for hours either on the floor or on the empty sun beds. Yet staff just standing behind the bar doing nothing.

Oppholdet var greit, men heisen var ødelagt, noe som førte til mye venting både når man skulle inn og ut av hotellet. Det beste med hotellet var beliggenheten. Det ligger veldig sentralt, bare en kort bolt tur unna det meste man ønsker å se og oppleve. Selve hotellet var helt ok, men ikke noe spesielt. Det var også litt skuffende at sengetøyet ikke ble byttet under oppholdet, noe som ikke var helt optimalt. I tillegg mistet jeg badekåpen min på rommet. Vi ga beskjed til hotellet etter utsjekk, men den ble ikke funnet. Det var skuffende

Great hotel in ideal location

Wir waren bereits vor vier Jahren in diesem Hotel und hatten es sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Deshalb waren wir dieses Mal leider etwas enttäuscht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Als wir ankamen, war unser Zimmer leider nicht sauber, aber das Team hat sofort reagiert und alles gründlich gereinigt. Insgesamt hatten wir jedoch das Gefühl, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und in den letzten Jahren wenig modernisiert wurde. Viele Bereiche wirken nicht mehr so gepflegt wie früher. Auch das Frühstück konnte uns diesmal nicht überzeugen. Die Auswahl war deutlich geringer als bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt, der Frühstücksbereich wirkte teilweise nicht besonders sauber und der Kaffee war leider eine Katastrophe. Schade, denn das Hotel hat eigentlich viel Potenzial. Dank des tollen Personals hatten wir dennoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, würden uns aber wünschen, dass wieder mehr in Pflege, Modernisierung und das Frühstücksangebot investiert wird

Pool mit Top-Blick, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück. Badezimmer ein bisschen renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer allgemein gut und wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Sehr bequemes Bett und passende Kissen. Top-Lage! Also für 3* mega, ist zu empfehlen.

The drain in the toilet is horrible, the water always soaks the bathroom (terrible design). This is a party hotel full of English and Irish youth drinking with loud party music all night. The rooftop pool is colonised by those hooligans blasting awful music all day! It's a shame because the hotel has great potential. The staff are friendly!

Morgenmaden var meget kedelig. Deres brød smagte ikke af noget og har helt tørt. Kaffen var også kedelig. Det eneste gode var deres pølser og bacon

Riktikt bra frukost, bra rum med det man behöver. Riktigt bra hotell sett till prisbilden.

Great hotel, great breakfast. No real complaints except the shower could have been a little more powerful.

Room was clean and bed comfy. Safe was not working, reported it and was told it would be repaired or replaced the next day but this was not the case. Bit disappointed that the pool bar and pool was closed but weather was poor so no mee to swim. Overall great experience and staff are very welcoming.

Other than early morning construction work in the hotel even at the bank Holiday weekend and giving me a different type off room to what I booked, I was happy. Overall a good experience.

We loved staying here. The hotel staff and property were wonderful. The rooms were clean and of a good size. The staff were very helpful with any questions or needs. The property was well kept with a bar and lobby area to relax in after a day of exploring. The breakfast had a great selection to choose from and was an excellent start to the day. The location was close to main bus station for easy access to explore. There were many areas close to dine and shop. Only disappointment was that the pool was being worked on so we were unable to use. Very safe area to stay and we would stay here again.
