L’hôtel est magnifique. La végétation est sublime et se marie parfaitement avec l’architecture. Les piscines sont elles aussi sublimes et la position sur la plage parfaite. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les couchers de soleil mémorables. Nous avons adoré ce lieu.

Unser Ocean-View-Zimmer war groß, komfortabel und sehr sauber, mit Terrasse und direktem Zugang zum Strand.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig mit Live-Cooking und internationalen Optionen. Auch die Buffetabende waren abwechslungsreich und lecker; besonders hervorzuheben sind die Spezialitätenrestaurants Kesari (indisch) und Ginger Thai.
Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Adults-Only-Pool, das breite Freizeitangebot (inklusive kostenloser Wassersportangebote) sowie das sehr gute Spa mit Sauna, Dampfbad und professionellen Massagen haben uns ebenfalls überzeugt.
Das Hotel liegt an der windgeschützten Westküste. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, mit schönen Gärten und ruhiger Atmosphäre.
Insgesamt ein tolles Resort mit Traumstrand, hervorragendem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

The staff seemed in need of training. Check-in was very long as the front desk people were unsure of what to do. Some of the wait staff were confused and seemed to have a difficult time organizing basic drink orders like a rum and coke, and the breakfast staff had difficulty getting coffee. Despite their challenges the staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet dinner was horrendously overpriced; nearly USD$100.00 for one person! The property itself is very beautiful, well-maintained and in a great location.

Teilweise dauerte der Service sehr lange und man muss sich bei den Kellnern öfters bemerkbar machen. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön und angenehm.

The property gardens are stunning. The food, even if they did not have a vast selection, was amazing.
The rooms could use a renovation. Nothing was broken or anything, but you could see the wear and tear on the furniture.

Great location with fabulous staff.
Dining options could be improved as the evening buffet was not, in our opinion, value for money and could have provided a better range and quality.
The other restaurants on site are excellent though and you have plenty of other choices in Flic N Flac, which is a short taxi ride away,

Séjour de rêve dans un jardin paradisiaque. Tout fut plus que parfait. Un petit bémol pour le service au bar (près de la réception) qui est extrêmement lent !

Quatre jours pour obtenir de l eau froide dans la sdb, une demi pensiin trés passable peut etre plus adaptée aux anglo saxxons qu aux Français. Hotel et chambres calmes, plage ok, jardin sympa mais nombre de clients important avec effet cantine hall de gare.....télé sur le mur de coté et pas en fave du lit, un peu décevant.vu le prix

Good hotel but very expensive, on checking out my bill was incorrect but then corrected, eating options are limited by the restaurant opening hrs, I also found it very expensive to stay here and value for money was not good. I also had an issue with the taxi booking and was incorrectly charged and given incorrect information about the hotel taxi.
