This hotel is more than a romantic destination — it’s a sanctuary.
From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere invites you to slow down. The jungle, the soft lighting at night, the sense of privacy and intimacy — everything feels intentional and sacred.
But what truly made this experience exceptional was the yoga and sound healing.
The morning yoga practice was absolutely beautiful. The teacher was not just guiding poses — she was guiding presence. Her energy was calm, grounded, and deeply attentive. She created a space that felt safe, supportive, and transformative. It wasn’t about performance. It was about connection — breath, body, awareness. Every movement felt purposeful and aligned with the surrounding nature.
The sound healing ceremony was so powerful that we attended it twice. The experience was immersive and profound. The vibrations felt like they were moving through every layer — calming the mind while awakening something deeper. Time seemed to dissolve. It was both grounding and expansive at the same time.
The cacao ceremony was heart-opening and intimate — gentle yet meaningful. And the temazcal was intense in the best way — cleansing, releasing, almost like a rebirth experience.
This place offers more than relaxation. It offers depth, healing, and true reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with the person you’re sharing it with.

The property is very unique and has a special vibe to it. The staff is extremely helpful, accommodating and all seem to have a cheerful spirit that makes staying there a treat. The two nights I spent there were two of the most relaxing and rejuvenating sleeps I’ve had. The beds are very comfortable and you can faintly heat the sounds of the ocean while you sleep making it almost therapeutic.

Nadie contesta el telefono, intentenlo, ni su chat. No les importa. Si tienes preguntas o necesitas algo nadie te va a atender.
Reservar por telefono... fue imposible.
El restaurante tb lentisimo. 30 mins para que traigan un postre y un agua. 60 dólares btw
El dormitorio lo entregaron tarde asumo xq la concierge desapareció y nunca me aviso como dijo cuando estuviera listo. Tuve q encontrar el cuarto yo y pedirle a una de limpieza q me abrieran. Muy muy mala la atención. Nadie te pregunta si necesitas algo o cómo estuvo tu estadia en check out. Nada. El hotel es original y el dieño vale la pena visitarlo. 1 dia y chau. Los restaurantes son carisisimos un rissotto 2000 pesos osea 120 dolares. Están un poco pasados de precios.
Bonito verlo 1 vez pero no para volver. 1 empanada 45 dolares. Ensalada de betsbel 50 dolares... no lo vale. El unico amable. El del Valet y Bell boy. Las de recepción se ve q la instafama se les subió.

Azulik is visually stunning but extremely impractical—showers use a cup with salty, unclean-tasting water and there are no lights after sunset, only candles. Rooms get dirty fast with debris constantly falling, like a literal tree house. Service is very poor for the price; simple requests (like Kleenex) took days, there’s no phone to reach the front desk, and staff often forgets. Beautiful aesthetic, but misleading “eco-friendly” experience with overpriced food and disappointing service. The staff isn’t trained to well nor do they care. The beach is very small. The menu at different restaurants don’t have many options or variety.

I LOVED Azulik I loved everything about this experience. To start, this is not a typical resort experience, it can at times get you out of your comfort zone (no electricity at night, little hut bathrooms, windy paths that can definitely trip you up, and little creatures like raccoons all around), but its so worth it if youre looking to really immerse yourself in a natural wonderland. The staff was very nice and I loved the beach and food. I stayed in the Aztec Villa and only thing, if you are petite, the bed is fine, but my boyfriend is 6 ft, and his feet were hanging completely off the bed ;)...not sure if other villas had bigger beds? Overall, it was such a magical stay, it reconnected me with nature in such a whimsical and interesting way. I honestly cant wait to go back!

The hotel is gorgeous and one of a kind, but… very difficult to navigate, no room lighting or showers, and feels like a giant fire hazard. All of the restaurants are separate from the hotel, so you can’t “just put a meal on your room.” The check out was the worst. I lost this piece of string bracelet they gave me at check in (worth like 5 cents at most) and the hotel charged me $20 at checkout. Felt like a shakedown on your way out.

Hôtel très rustique. Aucune lumière ni douche dans les chambres. On doit se laver dans un petit bain rond et allumer des chandelles. Il n’y a pratiquement pas d’indications pour se rendre à notre chambre, on se perdait toutes les fois. C’est une expérience. Tout est très cher également.

I recently stayed at your property and made the same booking through Expedia as my friends who stayed in Room 39. However, while their booking included complimentary breakfast, we were required to pay for ours. This was disappointing, especially since we were there to celebrate a birthday.
Additionally, our experience at Kin Toh was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The staff member at the reception was rather dismissive and kept rushing us while we took photos at the nest area, even though there were no other guests waiting. We were also not informed that there was a rooftop area to enjoy the sunset—something we only discovered when our waiter mentioned it as we were asking for the bill, by which time the sunset had already passed.
When we shared this feedback with Olivia, it felt like our concerns were not acknowledged, which made the situation even more disheartening. Overall, this was quite disappointing, particularly as my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays on November 8.
I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future guests.

Ok, si el hotel fuera económico no tendría queja alguna, sin embargo, no es un lugar económico y por esta razón no perdono algunos detalles como:
1. Pedí un arreglo en la habitación ya que iba a una entrega de anillo, esto jamás pasó.
2. No siempre hubo agua en la habitación.
3. El jacuzzi de afuera estaba sucio
4. Entiendo la temática del hotel, pero considero que eso no justifica la sencillez de la habitación y del hotel.
En resumen es un hotel con una experiencia distinta y buen servicio pero la verdad por lo que cuesta, hay mil opciones mejores, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.
