Upon arrival staff was very courteous. Hotel concept was amazing. Such relaxing and natural vibes. We stayed in the sky villa and it was just amazing. Room was clean. Location of hotel was perfect. Would recommend.

I LOVED Azulik I loved everything about this experience. To start, this is not a typical resort experience, it can at times get you out of your comfort zone (no electricity at night, little hut bathrooms, windy paths that can definitely trip you up, and little creatures like raccoons all around), but its so worth it if youre looking to really immerse yourself in a natural wonderland. The staff was very nice and I loved the beach and food. I stayed in the Aztec Villa and only thing, if you are petite, the bed is fine, but my boyfriend is 6 ft, and his feet were hanging completely off the bed ;)...not sure if other villas had bigger beds? Overall, it was such a magical stay, it reconnected me with nature in such a whimsical and interesting way. I honestly cant wait to go back!

The hotel is gorgeous and one of a kind, but… very difficult to navigate, no room lighting or showers, and feels like a giant fire hazard. All of the restaurants are separate from the hotel, so you can’t “just put a meal on your room.” The check out was the worst. I lost this piece of string bracelet they gave me at check in (worth like 5 cents at most) and the hotel charged me $20 at checkout. Felt like a shakedown on your way out.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. We did have some issues in the beginning but those were resolved promptly.

Hôtel très rustique. Aucune lumière ni douche dans les chambres. On doit se laver dans un petit bain rond et allumer des chandelles. Il n’y a pratiquement pas d’indications pour se rendre à notre chambre, on se perdait toutes les fois. C’est une expérience. Tout est très cher également.

Everything was extraordinary, if you like nature you need book this hotel

I recently stayed at your property and made the same booking through Expedia as my friends who stayed in Room 39. However, while their booking included complimentary breakfast, we were required to pay for ours. This was disappointing, especially since we were there to celebrate a birthday. Additionally, our experience at Kin Toh was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The staff member at the reception was rather dismissive and kept rushing us while we took photos at the nest area, even though there were no other guests waiting. We were also not informed that there was a rooftop area to enjoy the sunset—something we only discovered when our waiter mentioned it as we were asking for the bill, by which time the sunset had already passed. When we shared this feedback with Olivia, it felt like our concerns were not acknowledged, which made the situation even more disheartening. Overall, this was quite disappointing, particularly as my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays on November 8. I wanted to share this feedback in the hope that it can help improve the experience for future guests.

Ok, si el hotel fuera económico no tendría queja alguna, sin embargo, no es un lugar económico y por esta razón no perdono algunos detalles como: 1. Pedí un arreglo en la habitación ya que iba a una entrega de anillo, esto jamás pasó. 2. No siempre hubo agua en la habitación. 3. El jacuzzi de afuera estaba sucio 4. Entiendo la temática del hotel, pero considero que eso no justifica la sencillez de la habitación y del hotel. En resumen es un hotel con una experiencia distinta y buen servicio pero la verdad por lo que cuesta, hay mil opciones mejores, no volvería ni lo recomendaría.

Everything at Azulik feels otherworldly, a sanctuary where nature, art, and spirit intertwine The food isn't just delicious; it's a sacred experience of flavors that awaken every sense The service flows with grace and intention, as if guided by the jungle itself. Pure magic in every moment, except for the spa. The facial I received was a joke but I wasn’t laughing when I had to pay $250. Love the hotel, the restaurants and the service. Absolutely hated the spa. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue.

Room floor was sticky and dirty. No hotel slippers provided so the bottom of my feet were black. Concierge (Elizabeth) did not fulfill the smallest request I had which was some cutlery. Since check-in until I departed, I never received any cutlery. The walkway had orb lights that didn't work, making it extremely dangerous and unsafe to walk to and from the room at night.

Es un lugar muy bonito pero no es confortable para descansar

Este Hotel es muy bonito pero no tiene las condociones para que los huespedes pasen su estancia confortable y a gusto. No tiene luz ni ducha para bañarse el aire lo tiene arriba de la cabeza donde amaneces con gripe y la nariz tapada. Y el camino es muy malo para caminar entre palos. Demasiado caro para no sentirse comodo.

Una experiencia que nunca olvidare. Vale cada centavo en su totalidad

Estuvimos en la habitación #27 y la habitación de enseguida está en construcción y fue súper incómodo tratar de bañarme ya que los trabajadores estaban ahí desde temprano. También en mi primer día fueron a tocarme mientras me estaba bañando porque se está filtrando agua hacia la habitación de abajo, con ese tipo de regadera como está diseñado es imposible que no se tire agua, inclusive con solo abrir la regadera se tira agua afuera.
