아줄릭 - 성인 전용

Estuvimos en la habitación #27 y la habitación de enseguida está en construcción y fue súper incómodo tratar de bañarme ya que los trabajadores estaban ahí desde temprano. También en mi primer día fueron a tocarme mientras me estaba bañando porque se está filtrando agua hacia la habitación de abajo, con ese tipo de regadera como está diseñado es imposible que no se tire agua, inclusive con solo abrir la regadera se tira agua afuera.

The spa was so incredible. Most of the staff was great though communication only via WhatsApp and not having a phone in the room wasn't. No cell signal and weak wifi. The food was amazing but really expensive for drinks.

The best time ever

We love that this property is different from anything we've ever stayed. The way the hotel was positioned in the jungle, not to disturb the natural habitat and using materials native to the area make this the most unique experience we've had. Additionally, Elizabeh was extremely helpful, very observant and super attentive. The rooms appear crafted by artisans to be warm, calming, romantic & serene. I would advice to take advantage of the couples' massage they offer. They are the best. Lily and Lorena, our masseuse were exceptional. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation.

El Recorrido por el hotel ufff para las diferentes actividades que tienen dentto esta hermoso todo. Sin necesidad de salir de ai. El trato es excelente,Todo el personal muy amables todos. Lo recomendamos al maximo!!!

I wouldn’t recommend staying at Azulik for more than a night. It’s definitely a unique and visually striking place, but beyond the aesthetics, it falls short in key areas. Dining options are very limited and extremely overpriced, which becomes frustrating during a longer stay. Privacy is also lacking — it’s not the relaxing, secluded experience it’s made out to be. The bathing setup may look beautiful, but it’s not practical and doesn’t really leave you feeling clean. It’s a spot you might visit for the novelty or for a photo, but not for comfort or convenience.

Staying here was amazing, everything was so calming and focused on nature and us. Our room was beyond beautiful, staff was always there to help, the food was great also.

Shower and other hotel necessities are not available, hotel was out of water for two days. This hotel is not for everyone and i would not recommend to no one

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid Azulik at All Costs I can’t believe a place that charges luxury prices can provide such a disgusting and unacceptable experience. We stayed at Azulik expecting a peaceful, upscale getaway — instead, we were left without running water for TWO WHOLE DAYS. That means no showers, no sinks, no flushing toilets. Urine and feces just sat in the bowls of the bathrooms — in 90+ degree heat. It was revolting. The smell alone made the room unbearable. Worse than the physical conditions was the completely indifferent management. Not once did they offer us an alternative solution or compensation of any kind. We were essentially told to deal with it. No apologies. No accountability. No humanity. We ended up having to book and pay for a new hotel ourselves just to escape the nightmare. For a place that markets itself as an “eco-luxury” resort, this was a complete scam. Save yourself the money, stress, and literal filth — Azulik is a disaster.

Teníamos bastantes espectativas del lugar, todo estaba muy sucio, se nota que los cojines que tienen nunca se han lavado, entendemos el concepto, pero la limpieza no está peleada con lo eco, adicional nos quedamos sin agua toda la noche y al día siguiente, lo cual es vital en un hospedaje, incluso por salud, solicitamos el reembolso debido de la situación y nunca obtuvimos respuesta.
