i am definitely coming back, this hotel is a MUST

From the moment you walk to this beautiful hotel you disconnected with life it is so amazing. I fell in love with it. I went with mix reviews in my mind, but honestly, it’s exactly what I expected so beautiful you disconnect from nature I would recommend to bring bug repellent flashlights, because since it is an eco hotel. There’s not many lights. It is very hot and sticky so bring mini fans as well in the hotel rooms. There is air-conditioning one right at the top from your bed so you will get air when you sleep and there is also a split air conditioning. It is so amazing. I fell in love with it. The staff’s are super nice. I would definitely go again. It is a 10 out of 10. If you don’t do your research correctly and don’t come prepared, you will probably not like it but if you come prepared the correct way, it is amazing. Highly recommend.

Arquitetura é maravilhosa, a ideia de ser um hotel rústico é interessante, mas não ter chuveiro, luz elétrica, frigobar não é para mim. Não me atentei a essas características antes da reserva e aprendi que devo me certificar anres de reservar qualquer outro hotel para não me arrepender novamente. Staff simpático, localização do hotel é boa e o pôr do sol no terraço foi muito bom. Comida é ok mas muito cara, muito além do razoavel e por isso custo benefício não faz sentido (um prato de carne custa USD 260,00). Passamos 3 noites e só limparam o quarto uma vez, o teto de palha solta residuos que acumulam no chão do quarto e na cama, fazendo com que o cômodo fique sujo mais rapidamente que o normal.

Staff are terrible they don’t apologise or try to fix things when they go wrong. I had no water for the last night or my stay and no compensation was given or even offered. An animal broke into my room at night and stole my food no sanitisation was offered. Staff are rude and not very welcoming aside from these very few who we were- they were the outliers and not the standard. Horrible experience but beautiful place. Save your money and book a reputable hotel.

Wonderful stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Certainly one of the most unique hotel experiences I’ve had. The rooftop experience was clearly the place to be for sunset in Tulum. The restaurant prices were a little high but the dining was world class. Staff was accommodating and friendly. I particularly enjoyed talking wine pairings with Carlos, the sommelier. My concierge, Melanie, was responsive and helped plan day trips during my stay to make the most out of my time in Tulum. I can highly recommend staying here.

If you love living outdoors and spending to much to do so then this is the place. Ac is cool not cold a day in the sun the cool air should feel rewarding but it falls short of that. Spending $60 US is alot for water and pineapple juice. It is what it is. If your into being intimate while others are watching this is a place you would like. It just weird to me when they make eye contact and not look away. It has interesting views wasnt worth the rate

El hotel tiene una arquitectura única, muy surrealista todo, me quedé en la habitación 26 tiene vista al mar y mini tina en la terraza, me encantó !

Great resort, but don’t expect to take a shower while you’re there. Amazingly beautiful resort full of wildlife nested among the trees, but was surprised to find out they don’t have showers in the rooms. Showers consisted of pouring water over your head with a coconut. Not kidding.

Hola pues ya el hotel se ven las habitaciones deterioradas , la ropa de cama y toallas muy viejas , los amenities muy pobres , deberían de hacer cortesía en la noche y el hotel prender las velas , preparar la cama , cambiar toallas o poner más Además terrible que no se pueda dejar abierto un voucher y solo firmar los consumos dentro del hotel y que se tenga que firmar en cada centro de consumo , el concepto del gym ya muy deteriorado y obsoleto Los camastros y cojines en la playa viejos y sucios , arriba de la techumbre en el camastro toallas viejas , el no tener room Service o alternativas donde comer de 4 a 5

Ruim. É so ler os comentarios. Conforto Zero. Pior cafe da mamha que eu ja tive. Pessimo atendido no restaurante. Nao vale nem a metade do valor cobrado. É muito ruim. Nao tem tomada nos quartos. Nao tem secador. Nao tem frigobar. Nao tem nada. É uma cama e madeira. Muito ruim.

The vibrations felt like they were moving through every layer — calming the mind while awakening something deeper. Time seemed to dissolve. It was both grounding and expansive at the same time. The cacao ceremony was heart-opening and intimate — gentle yet meaningful. And the temazcal was intense in the best way — cleansing, releasing, almost like a rebirth experience. This place offers more than relaxation. It offers depth, healing, and true reconnection — with yourself, with nature, and with the person you’re sharing it with. If you’re looking for romance with meaning, this is it.

The staff was great, the place was amazing, the food was incredible, I’m definitely coming back soon!!!!
