Staff were nice, location was good and they kept rooms and place clean.

The complaint I have is that it was very hot in the room

La verdad fue una estancia muy tranquila, el lugar donde se localiza está tranquilo, el servicio 10/10 y la amabilidad que tiene el staff de lo mejor, les recomiendo hospedarse en esa propiedad.

La atención de recepción fue muy buena sin embargo nos comentaron que nos habían dejado aguas de cortesía y no fue así, pero fuera de ello me gusto mucho la ubicación y la experiencia en colmena . Hay mosquitos suponemos que es por el echo de que hay muchos arboles en la zona

The location is great. The hotel is in an old building that was remodeled, so the entrance is easy to miss. The rooms were updated with high ceilings and floor tiles. I thought it would be noisy because it’s close to downtown, but the place was very quiet. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, and if towels were used for more than two days, they replaced them. The only downside is that there is no AC, although a fan is provided. If you like spending time in the room watching TV, this may not be the place for you because there is no TV either. The WiFi is strong and worked very well. Breakfast is a typical Mexican savory meal (rice, some protein, freshly fried corn tortillas, salsa verde). If you prefer bread, butter, or sweets, you’ll need to go out, but don’t worry—there are great coffee shops nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We prefer small, boutique-style hotels with architectural character. The location, in easy walking distance (25 min) of much of the historic center of Mexico City, was ideal. The rooms were very clean and well kept. There was an expansive Mexican style breakfast included in the room rate, filling and varied. Most importantly, the staff are efficient, courteous, and extremely kind. They deserve a daily tip every day!

The hotel was walking distance from various tourist attractions. Im glad we stayed at this location. The breakfasts were also very good. Thanks for making our stay memorable

Habitación limpias cumplen su propósito para descansar y bañarse, el desayuno es bueno y el personal muy amable,

Es importante resaltar que las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado. Aún cuando CDMX es "fresco" hay temporadas como Mayo que son calurosas. El internet puede mejorar ya que nos encontrábamos en segundo piso y había zonas dentro de la misma habitación donde no funcionaba bien. El desayuno como estilo continental y la cercanía al zócalo es realmente muy buena. Recomiendo igual colocar mosquiteros en las ventanas tanto balcón como en el baño para hacer circular el aire ya que no hay mosquiteros y al querer abrir puertas y ventanas entran los mosquitos.

Habitación limpia, el personal super amable, desayuno básico pero bien, el único pero es que les hace falta aíre acondicionado y tv en las habitaciones.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y tranquilas, está muy cerca de varias puntos históricos del centro por lo cual puedes caminar sin la necesidad de solicitar transporte, al llegar la señora Luz te recibe con mucha energía y calidez agradable, también la señora Reyna que siempre da los buenos días y es muy atenta a la necesidad de los huéspedes, también agradecer la oportuna limpieza del cuarto donde estábamos hospedados y por último pero no menos importante la gatita Nala es una integrante importante del equipo.

I liked the location. The room itself could use some interior Decorating ideas. Great breakfast in the morning. My only concern was the taxi service that the hotel suggested. The taxi driver could not make it to the hotel and canceled the ride. But the company Welcome Pickup charged for the ride and never gave me a refund.
