드림스 샌즈 칸쿤 리조트 & 스파 - 올 인클루시브

This place was amazing! I went on a mother daughter trip and it was just what we needed. The place doesn’t have a TON to do like some other resorts but it was perfect for us. We stayed for a week and all we wanted was a pool, beach, and bar and Dream Sands checked those boxes. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was okay, but still good. The mexican restaurant was the best food we had while there. Amenities and room service always came within an hour, most of the time less than 30minutes. All the workers seemed happy to work there and were always helpful. Like most areas along the beach that “muggy’ feeling from the humidity is there but not something I would complain about but something to be aware of. The beach was clean and little to no seaweed. Obviously the stores in the resort and around are $$$ but if you bring all you need you’re all good! Can’t wait to be back :)

The grounds are beautiful and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The resort is somewhat on the smaller side, but it was still very nice. One drawback is the restaurants are only really open for dinner. So breakfast and lunch is usually the buffet. But the pools and beaches were great.

Hotel was a little more outdated than others but nice nonetheless

Staff member Jose Itza reached around the tongs that were in the bowl to grab my chips with his bare hands. It was the rudest most disgusting thing I have ever saw at a restaurant. He was really short while we were ordering and I didn't catch on to this until after I saw him treat our food that way. We were one of few Black Americans in the restaurant and my child saw him treating everyone else's food with care and using tongs so I am at a loss for words on why we were treated this way. It was very upsetting and disheartening.

Top TIER. I arrived July 11th to a different company resort in Playa Del Carmen but it was not at all like the pictures or reviews. I quickly had to find a new resort and Dreams Sands in Cancun came highly recommended. They were so patient with me making the sudden change of hotels and assured me the best experience. I was upgraded to an ocean view and the staff were IMPECCABLE. The food and drinks are good and the staff goes above and beyond. I asked the bartender for some coconut oil so I could tan better and expected a small portion but he gave me a whole new container and best believe my tan was amazing after. Really happy Dreams turned my experience around for the better. 100% would go back and already miss it.

The staff it’s amazing and friendly

I stayed four nights and had the most wonderful experience! Staff was friendly and amazing and incredibly helpful as I was a solo traveler! Definitely a wonderful resort to bring your entire family. Food was delicious and there was always an option at any time of the day or night. Hands down will be back again!

Hotel muy familiar

The staff at this resort was beyond compare. Everyone we met were so helpful and friendly. This alone was enough to book another stay. We left feeling like part of the family. Not to mention the beautiful beach which was the biggest draw.

As duas estrelas creditadas nessa avaliação à propriedade se devem ao atendimento de dois funcionários muito prestativos: Noé do restaurante Pátio e Sérgio do restaurante japonês. De um modo geral, o hotel é antigo e tem poucos atrativos comparado aos hotéis da região. Para famílias com crianças definitivamente essa não é uma opção. Repetimos o mesmo restaurante três vezes, pois a disponibilidade nos restaurantes, que são poucos, é pequena. Não é possível fazer reserva, então você pode enfrentar filas de até uma hora para comer. A mesma dificuldade de se dá no almoço. Ainda que você tenha pago a mais para ser um "cliente preferred", o que teoricamente te daria vantagens, elas não existem na prática. Uma dica que eu preciso deixar para qualquer hóspede: recuse a participação que vai ser ostensivamente oferecida a você pelos funcionários da área VIP, para que você participe de uma apresentação do "Hyatt Vacation Club". Para convencer você a participar da apresentação vão prometer a você diversos benefícios. Essa apresentação vai consumir uma manhã inteira das suas férias e ao final, vão te enrolar e não vão te dar o que prometeram. Para finalizar, tive a oportunidade de conhecer Cancún e vi que existem inúmeros hotéis com o valor parecido, que são infinitamente melhores. Pesquisem. Infelizmente eu optei por essa propriedade seguindo os filtros da Expedia para membros Vip Gold e me deu muito mal.

Property is great and the service as well but the beach is not what it looks like on the pictures. It is not good for kids as there are lots of rocks.
