The rooms were very clean, someone came and changed the towels everyday too so we never had to ask. There was a tea and coffee machine that was always available too which was an additional bonus. Staff were very friendly and super helpful, we had a full itinerary for our trip but the staff did say if we ever needed any recommendations or advice to just ask, which was nice. It was a great location for staying in Amsterdam, it was close to tram and bus stops if you needed that but also walking distance if you just wanted to stroll down further central. Some additional advice/warning: when the nice person on reception asks if you want help with getting your bags to the room you should absolutely say yes, we said we’d be fine, fully underestimating how steep and how many stairs there were, and then made it to the 2nd floor and room keeping saw our struggle and kindly helped us the rest of the way!

1인실 써서 화장실과 샤워실이 공용이였다. 방 안에 세면대도 있어서 간단히 씻을 수 는 있다.
화장실이 더러웠다 . 바로 앞 사람이 더럽게 쓴 것 같긴 하지만 그래도.
위치는 괜찮다. 교통권 끊고 다니긴 했지만 어디든 10-15분이면 갈 수 있는 곳이다.
계단 가파르다. 술취해선 오르내리기 힘들지도 모른다.
방은 더러운 지는 확인 불가한 검정색이지만 이부자리에서 냄새는 안났다.
난방 라디에이터 올리면 따뜻하다.
시끄럽다고 하는데 잘 자서 그건 모르겠고 레코드 플레이어와 블루투스 스피커는 빌릴 수 있다고 한다.
화장실 샤워실 전용으로 있는 2인실이라면 그래도 괜찮지 않았을까 싶다.

Terrible service actually there was zero service. No tea coffee making facilities tried overcharging me on arrival and room were 1hr.30min late from check in time supposed to be 2pm. Won’t be back again. Little see thru bugs on carpet freezing bathroom just awful

Really great hotel with fantastic decor and atmosphere. Stylish and beautifully designed in a rock-and-roll style. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and a fantastic location where you can walk to everything.
Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by the fire alarm going off twice during our two-day stay. One of the times was in the middle of the night because a guest had been smoking in their room. This sent us out onto the street for an hour. The worst part was that there were no staff from the hotel present, so we guests had to deal with the fire department, police, and alarm company ourselves. It felt very unprofessional and unsafe.

The vibe of this hotel is so neat. The artwork and decor is on point. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is great with many options for things to do within walking distance and just a few blocks from transportation options.

The room was clean and met our expectations. We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were exploring daily. 10-15 minute walk to the main areas. Stairs could be a challenge for some. We are 55 and 60 years old and made it up to 4th level with our bags. Staff was very friendly and happy to provide assistance.
