Super Lage, sehr zentral. Sauber, Zimmer ungewöhnlich- mit Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer. Check in funktionierte nicht - Mitarbeiterin war schnell zur Stelle. Parkplatz im Hof 25€ pro Tag. Frühstück im Nachbarhotel top.

The Vic was conveniently well located near the train station and walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. It is a self check in and there is a well stocked kiosk for coffee, snacks and convenience items. It is connected to a hotel with full staff and a restaurant, though we didn’t need either for our trip. One of our group did need help with checking in, and was able to find someone there to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we easily walked to/from the train station.

Check-in can be a challenge without a person to assist. The online system didn't "recognize" my # or last name, and it took a considerable time to find a human to help with this.

The drinks machine in our room was not good and very awkward. The water coming out of it tasted of coffee, so unable to make a cup of tea. No milk for cup of tea, just powdered !! Otherwise OK - basic but good shower.

Rent och fint. God frukost även glutenfria var rikligt ! Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam.

This is a semi-automated hotel; staff is generally not in the building. The automation is iffy--the check-out kiosk in the lobby couldn't find our reservation by last name or by reservation number. We finally had to call to check out. On the plus side, the rooms were very clean. On the minus side, there is a large and poorly placed pillar next to the bed, which makes getting in and out of bed a chancier proposition than it should be. The location is excellent--maybe 150 meters from the central train station. Important note: This isn't the hotel's responsibility, but Google Maps will navigate you (even for walking directions) to the parking lot in the *back* of the hotel rather than to the far more convenient *front* of the hotel.

Hotel fica em frente a estação central, próximo do centro histórico. Quarto grande, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, ótimo chuveiro! Checkin / checkout é automático, quase não se vê funcionários no hotel, mas nossa estadia atendeu nossas expectativas

Clean room, good location, good wifi. Staff was not there all the time,maybe because of hotel's policies.

We were able to access our room early. 8 minute walk from Leiden Central train station. Spacious room. Excellent shower.

It was lovely. Great location. Rooms were lovely and clean. Staff was responsive. We loved it.

La camera è ampia e originale nell'arredamento e nella disposizione. Pulizia buona, letto comodo, doccia grande. La posizione, vicina alla stazione, verso il centro, è comoda. Il check-in autonomo non ha funzionato, con inutile perdita di tempo. Per fortuna ad un certo punto è comparsa una persona che ha fatto un check-in vecchio stile.

Alles goed,. En heel vriendelijk! In 't begin was 't voor ons onduidelijk waar we konden parkeren.

Check in was automated and the code I was sent was incorrect so I wasted 45 minutes getting to my room. The room was large at first glance but there was no bathroom as such and it was cold. It’a quite dark (ina stylish sort of way) that made getting ready in the morning more of a challenge. The room was clean and in very good condition and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t opt for breakfast. A second stay might be easier now I have learned the lessons.
