노보텔 로테르담 스히담

방음이 잘 안되고 방이 좀 작은 편인 것을 제외하고는 모두 훌륭했습니다. 식사도 아주 좋았어요.

전체적으로 깨끝한 시설에 직원들도 친절하였습니다. 주위에 다른 건물이 없어 차가 없이는 불편할 수도 있을 것으로 생각됩니다.

I can't understand peoples who gave more than 3 points for this horrible hotel. It was one of terrible hotel which have visited ever. This is typical business hotel and staffs were terrible and unfriendly. They are inattentive to foreigner. There was nothing around the hotel. If you choose this hotel, you have to hire car for shopping, touring and dinner at outside. In addition, breakfast was below the average and nothing to eat except cereal. An it takes 1minute to 2nd floors from 1st floor when using an elevator. It definitely need to repair but no staff is care about it.

Terrible hotel. Not 4 stars or worth the price at all stay away! We booked a 3 person room and the duvets and pillows were dirty and unwashed, tables and kettle not clean at all we had to cover them with towels. Mentioned at reception and they said theyd change our room but instead came with extra bedding which was still dirty. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us so we didnt ask any further. We got a room at the end of the hall so a neighbour was playing loud music and smoking weed!! carpets dirty just was a horrible experience and i regret spending money here. shouldn’t be 4 stars at all worst hotel i have stayed at

Dålig städning överlag på hotellet. Gångarna inntil rummen är riktigt äckliga

Städningen av rummen är dålig. Och när man klagar så händer det inte mycket. Någon i personalen är väldigt nonchalanta

Perfect for when travelling with kids stuff were amazing from front desk to the bar and restaurant will definitely recommend

We had a great stay at Novotel Schiedam! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for a relaxing night. The location is convenient close to the highway, Rotterdam, and Vlaardingen, yet still peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again!

Wasn’t the cleanest one… And wc without the brush unbelievable.. stay away from this expensive hotel…

Please don't expect general Novotel, it was worst in world wide. Especially you need to charge multiple times

Service und essen waren super. Allerdings fand ich die Sauberkeit im Bad nicht angenehm, an der Wand hingen Haare und mein Handtuch hatte gelbe und braune Flecken.

We stayed smoking room while not smoking it was bad. But staff was friendly. Definitely not our best

Péssimo, se comparar ao padrão Novotel. Não tivemos limpeza adequada no quarto nem troca de lençóis. Houve limpeza somente em 1 dia dos 4 de hospedagem. É necessário agendamento de limpeza, sendo que, mesmo agendando, não fomos atendidos, pois a recepção não se importou de anotar devidamente nossos pedidos. O quarto é pequeno e a cama desconfortável. O café da manhã foi o que salvou a estada: é excelente.

It’s a bit like flying with a low cost carrier every costs extra which makes the whole stay more expensive than anticipated. Especially the breakfast ist quite expensive, if you add parking, late check out and other things you might be better off staying somewhere else - especially since staff is not particularly forthcoming…
