The room was clean and the staff very kind. However, the room was too small to accommodate 3 adults. We could hardly move in the room.

Dette er standard konferansehotell med pågående renovasjon. Rommet vi hadde, luktet på badet av svartsopp. Sovesofa godt brukt, men sengen var bra. Hyggelig frokostpersonale og fint basseng på varme dager. Enkelt å ta banen inn til Rotterdam.

We arrived at about 10pm with a 6yo and 10yo children. we waited about 10 minutes at the reception. Our room was no longer available (booked by someone - unsure). The receptionist tried to find alternatives. He upgraded us to free breakfasts as a gesture of goodwill. We ended up getting two rooms instead of one and got downgraded by a telephone call (removed breakfasts) - I think that's really not good. I think once you offer something as a gesture of goodwill, you keep it, don't take it away. We spent in total about 30 minutes at the reception (the receptionist had to leave to check one of the proposed room) - very long check due to not our fault! Very disappointed as I had better opinion of novotel hotels. Beds were okay, bathroom floor was sticky but I carry wipes so wiped it away myself. Good toiletries. Hotel will need updating, our room's door was scratched significantly - it looked as if someone in the past tried to break in. Carpets (main corridor) also need to be deep cleaned/renovated.

Pro: Clean, quiet, black out curtains, decent breakfast. Cons: Arrogant, dismissive, bored reception staff at check in. I felt completely unwelcomed. That should be their job, make you feel welcome, smile. I was treated as I was bothering him, and looked just thrown a form to fill up. The hotel is worn out, ruined carpets on corridors, generally outdated, smells a little funny. I'm traveling a lot been to a lot of other Novotels, different countries, this one is low on the quality ladder.

Decent hotel for one night

The room did not smell fresh. Note that the pillows are very high. Stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned even once. Corridor had leftover dinner trays for over 2 days and not cleared away.

Terrible hotel. Not 4 stars or worth the price at all stay away! We booked a 3 person room and the duvets and pillows were dirty and unwashed, tables and kettle not clean at all we had to cover them with towels. Mentioned at reception and they said theyd change our room but instead came with extra bedding which was still dirty. The lady seemed like she didn’t want to help us so we didnt ask any further. We got a room at the end of the hall so a neighbour was playing loud music and smoking weed!! carpets dirty just was a horrible experience and i regret spending money here. shouldn’t be 4 stars at all worst hotel i have stayed at

Städningen av rummen är dålig. Och när man klagar så händer det inte mycket. Någon i personalen är väldigt nonchalanta
