Enjoyed the spa ambiance and facilities. Breakfast was marvelous.

There was no mention of taking a deposit when I booked this hotel. A high amount extra taken from my account for a room deposit which was extremely large amount. Still waiting for the refund and email I was meant to get when checked out

All staff was very good and smile face. Espaecially nicole, natali, jimmy and other all friends😊🙏❤️

The room was perfect, amazing views and amenities. The spa was a really lovely treat and the staff are wonderful and accomodating. The location is great, I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting some time away in Amsterdam.

Hotel was really good, except for the caged hen protest outside one morning! The bar was good too.

The Hotel and public areas were extremely clean as was my room. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked a cosy room which was far from small having read a review to the contrary. I loved my room. I would stay there again.

Good service and nice location

We ordered food at the bar, a hour later the waiter came back saying they forgot it. The room was a broom closet, across from the hotel. There was a terrible smell of eggs in the room. There was also 10 giant fans on the roof outside the room making noise all night. Worst W hotel I have stayed in.

Spa: Very unique inside an old bank vault. The Porter restaurant excellent steak and appetizer Overall $$$$

Tudo excelente, apenas equipe um pouco ruim. Das 6 noites que ficamos, não teve arrumação do quarto 2 dias sendo que deixei o sinal “clean my room” e saí cedo passando o dia todo fora e nada. Funcionários do restaurante um pouco atrapalhados também. No mais, tudo excelente.
