호텔 체크인에 1시간 가까이 지연되었어요. 셀프 체크인 머신이 에러가 계속되어 콜센터에 연락을 30분 가까이 했는데 전ㅅ져 응답이 없었습니다. 다른 투숙객의 도움으로 1시간여만에 체크인 할 수 있었습니다. 다수 툭숙객들이 체크인 과정에 붙편을 겪었다고 했습니다. 그러나 룸 컨디션은 괜찮습니다.

Le système de réception virtuel fonctionne. Sauf la porte d’entrée principale qui était Brisé notre arrivée et une note à notre départ quelle était encore brisé. Mais jamais vu personne!!

Gode senger og deilig sengetøy.

The location is supreme for getting around the city. You are one block away from the harbor and no more than 15 minutes. Walk from any of the main attractions. Even the bus terminal where many of the excursions pick up from is a five minute walk. The accommodations are very clean and modern. I really did. Enjoy my stay here. Be prepared to purchase your own food, which can be helpful in saving money because Norway is quite expensive. There is a grocery store, not even five minutes walk from the location. my only complaint is that there is no water, pitcher or napkins. If you aren’t going to make coffee, you can use the coffee pot to hold water, but be prepared to purchase napkins.

Everything was fine except for the check in process. Many people checking in we're confused and needed help. Once the technology was figured out, everything went well. Room was very clean and well equipped.

Vi hadde et supert opphold! Fin leilighet med gode senger (inkludert sovesofaen) og øvrige fasiliteter. Anbefales! Det var to tilfeller der brannalarmen gikk for hele bygget uten grunn. På det ene tidspunktet var det svært uheldig å måtte evakuere. Men dette var også det eneste vi har å utsette på oppholdet.

To siste gangene har jeg hattt problemer med appen. Bookingen dukker ikke opp. Og innsjekkingsautomaten har ikke ÆØÅ , den finner ikke mitt navn. Irriterendes

Nice clean rooms with more space, seating and amenities than a hotel room, which made our stay significantly nicer. Wasn't terribly happy to have to download "another app" but checkin was smooth. Main downside were the very thin pillows, we both had neck/back complaints after the first night.

Good stay. Hard to find trash room when we left.

Everything is done via the app, check-in, key on phone, check out. Room is clean. The key situation is absolutely dreadful. Useless is about what I can say. Rarely works and have to constantly keep restarting phone for the key to work. Not helpful at all. Pillows are so flat and uncomfortable. Towels are tiny and not the best. Shower is not bad at all. Cooking utensils everything you need for a studio room no problems at all. Apartment is close to everything you need, site seeing, tour start points,. supermarkets, restaurants.

Das Apartment ist die ideale Unterkunft, um als Gruppe Bergen zu erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, super zentral, um viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung (z.B. Föhn, Steamer, Spülmaschine) und ist sehr geräumig. Einzig die Betten sind recht schmal und so gestellt, dass sie nur von einer Seite begehbar sind. Der Ausblick ist mit etwas Glück super in Richtung des Wassers ausgerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Check-in ist nicht ganz selbsterklärend, da alles digital ohne umfangreiche Anleitung erfolgt.

The check in process is pretty bad if anything has gone wrong with your booking - similar to using a dodgy third party website to book a flight, everything is probably going to be fine if you’re lucky. We arrived however our phone number had not been registered with the system so we were left standing outside with no staff in sight. A sign on the door gives an email address (which didn’t respond until 6 HOURS later) and a Norwegian phone number which is not available on WhatsApp (who decides to set up chain accommodation across Norway and thinks it is okay to be uncontactable by anybody outside of Norway?¿?). I tried to contact the number using a hotel phone and nobody answered. We luckily had a staff member wander past us and after 2 hours managed to check in. We booked this through Expedia and the card details had to be updated since it had expired, so even though these had been updated 3 days before our stay, Vander had failed to make any further attempts to accept payment even though Expedia sent an email confirming the accommodation was booked. I later found some emails in my Gmail account from Vander which had gone to my spam. Check your spam if you’re going to book this, and try to check in early because the last staff member leaves at 5pm. Otherwise, the property was lovely. The location isn’t perfect and parking was somewhat difficult/expensive but the property itself was good value.

This was a very interesting experience.Especially since the hotel workers were on strike. The checking processor's done totally by a phone text and email with no one in person to help, but luckily it all went well.

Ikke så rent denne gangen. Bør bruke litt mer tid på badet. Synd med såpass flotte rom
