I’m not happy with staff service and behaviour. The location was good to stay but car parking issue and there was not any help in finding travel information and guideline

You pay what you get for i guess. I booked 2 rooms. One we found roaches, another, bathroom sink was clogged. But the whole resort is nice

Very pleasant experience. Hotel is fairly far from the town but it is a cheap (4 Soles) ride in by mototaxi.

El hotel está cerca a la ciudad y en general es bueno, el desayuno es limitado pero por el precio considero que está bien, el personal es atento; pero deben mejorar el área de la recepción que no se ve muy aseada y los servicios higiénicos de la misma se encuentran en el mismo estado. Las habitaciones son cómodas en general.

Pros: El hotel es bonito, ubicado muy bien, el jardin es hermoso, el desayuno es perfecto Contras: Las almohadas soy muy altas, no tienen mas opciones de almohadas No ofrecen servicios o convenios con agencias de turismo

This was the quietest place we stayed in for our entire trip. This place is classy but a little out of the way.

No good place for rest, 5.30 am Chain saw starts working at few feets from the hotel. Call recepcion , nothing happend, same chain saw. Fire place is a scam.. they dont fire it , if they fire it they put light wood just up for 20 minutes. The pictures at expedia are much much better than the real thing. its a tourist trap!!

Las instalaciones son perfectas, tienen mucho cuidado con el aseo, el personal muy cálido y atento en todo momento y el desayuno es de reyes. Muy recomendable. Espero regresar pronto.

Hotel der Kette San Agustin in Urubamba. Im Design einer Hacienda vor einigen Jahren gebaut, ca. 2 km vom Busbahnof entfernt. Viele Gruppengäste, mit Swimming Pool und guten Frühstück, perfekt, um einen Erholungstag einzulegen. Personal mehrsprachig.

Muy buel lugar, acigedor

O hotel tem ótimas instalações, área ampla, quarto confortável, muito bom café da manhã e Wi-Fi. Confesso que não identifiquei o spa associado ao nome. Só identifiquei uma piscina fria. O ponto negativo que fica longe de tudo(transporte, atrações, supermercado).

El restaurante puede mejorar... hab de 500 soles a 150 soles en oferta... REALMENTE LA HABITACIÓN ES DE 150 SOLES...!!!

Y la chimenea...??? Puede mejorar el desayuno con productos locales y de calidad...

Great Hotel and the staff very helpful. We traveled with kids and they enjoyed the gardens and pool

The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise, with the room bigger and nicer than we had expected. Our room had a second door which opened directly onto the beautiful hotel garden. This is not some budget hostel, but a solid middle range hotel that seems to serve plenty of foreign tour groups. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection and a large, pleasant dining room. Cleanliness and condition of everything was very good. Be aware that the hotel is a few hundred metres out of the centre of Urubamba and that a night time walk into town might not be so appealing. Reception was helpful in booking a taxi for a local tour (without adding any hotel fee).

Bonjour, Nous sommes arrivés en milieu d’après-midi. L’acceuil fût assez froid. La piscine était vide, alors qu’on avait pris nos mallots de bain. Jacuzzi et sauna pas inclus dans le prix. Chambre spacieuse avec lit king size mais une tête de lit pas fixé au mur!! Pas de radiateur dans la chambre, ai dû telephoner 2 fois pour en avoir un. Pas de bouteille avec eau potable dans la chambre. Alors que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable au Pérou. Dans tous les autres hotels on est accueilli avec petites bouteille d’eau. Impossible de manger dans salle de restaurant matin ou soir sans manteau. Tous les convives avaient mis leur manteau. Café imbuvable car recuit. Sinon bon petit déjeuner. Je suis heueuse que nous n’avons pas payé le prix plein. Nous avons été beaucoup mieux rerçus dans des hôtels beaucoup plus modestes.

Our room was nice, the grounds were beautiful, but it was further away from the city center than we thought. We were uncomfortable walking to other restaurants (streets aren't lit at night, at it was further than we'd prefer especially if we had any alcohol with dinner). Everyone in the restaurant was very kind. The front desk helped with contacting transportation for us. Although most online reviews stated that it was 20-30 soles to get to Ollantaytambo, we ended up paying more like 60-70. Lots of tour groups use this hotel, so be prepared for groups at dinner/breakfast and making noise early as they prepare to head out. Good water pressure in the bathrooms, and good housekeeping. We regularly saw staff members cleaning, but still managed to get sick (doctors said parasite infection that is common in the area). We ended up wishing that we'd either stayed closer to city center, or in Ollantaytambo closer to the station.
