Any cancellation or modification request should be made directly through the customer service of the online platform used in booking. We may now accept both quarantine and non-quarantine. Hotel still needs the VACCINATION CARD/ID and 1 valid ID upon check-in. We also require our guests to fill-up a Health Declaration form upon their arrival in the hotel (for check-in purposes).
