마닐라 호텔

4층이었는데 앞 건물이 보여서 낮에도 커튼을 계속 치고 있어야해서 불편했어요. 불도 어두워서 책 읽기 불편했어요. 호텔 및 주변에 마트 등 편의시설이 별로 없어서 불편했어요. 마닐라 베이, 리잘 파크 등 가까와서 좋았어요.

Wonderful buffet. Great amenities. Pool and workout facilities were great.

Great hotel

Perfect!!!

The hotel itself is absolutely superb! The grounds are super clean and elegant as was the room. The room has everything I needed, from a bathrobe to high-quality personal hygiene items. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING and high quality with some of the best coffee I’ve ever had! The staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part, although I had some concerns with them gossiping (assuming I didn’t understand the language) and not providing me with the same level of service as other guests. Finally, if you are a male who is not seeking “extra services,” I would not recommend visiting the spa; I was very surprised and offended of such an offer, which made for a very awkward moment. Aside from initiating an “investigation” into this matter by management, they made no attempt to make up for the damage and awkwardness that I felt for the duration of my stay. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and I’d stay there again after having learned some valuable lessons.

Tv hard to negotiate didn't have good English news channels like CNN algezera bbc...why?breakfast great with vegan options! Gym great with new machines disappointed I couldn't extend my stay because fully booked and wouldn't give late checkout so I could arrange alternative accomodation

Old hotel settings. Big & spacious room. Toilet across big bathroom. Not on same room. Everything else good - friendly service & clean.excellent breakfast buffet helpful staff.

I really enjoyed my time at the Manila Hotel. It was my second stay there. I'm very impressed by all the upgrades done to the hotel since my last stay two years ago. The only issues I had was during the week I was there I had killed 4 roaches in my room. Once the roach was walking on the wall above my head by the bed which made me feel really uncomfortable during the remainder of my stay.

Very nice 5 stars hotel perfectly located a short walk from Intramuros, if you want to discover Manila. Pool was nice although very crowded and not quiet! Room was comfortable. Hotel is getting a bit old, but has the charm of history.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good! The food at the Red Jade, Lobby lounge/tap room was not very good! Was served cold and was not very tasty particularly the Red Jade! The room was quite clean but the toilet would not flush properly.

My family especially my kids loved the buffet breakfast. Great room-very clean. Top notch customer service

Memorable experience

Friendly and hospitable staff. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Beautiful lobby, with piano player and string quartet the nights we were there.

Everyone is accommodating

The room was spotless and the staff was excellent! The Manila Hotel remains to be the best hotel in the Philippines.

Staff are very nice & helpful but the hotel rooms are so old and dirty

Customer service was awesome but the place need a lot updating especially the flooring coz it smells as soon as you enter the room. Buffet was awesome too.
